A family wedding brought over 40 aunts, uncles and cousins from seven different states (and this was just the bride's side!) to the Twin Peaks/Lake Arrowhead region. We were spread around several different properties in the area, and while we never hosted anyone at this property, we had the opportunity to visit family in four of the other properties. The one we stayed in was, in my opinion, the cleanest, nicest and most comfortable.After a day of boisterous shenanigans with all my siblings and their (and our!) adult children, it was always great to get back to "our place" to relax and wind down.It was, indeed, a perfect family retreat!

Great time - peaceful and fun

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Very relaxing and much needed fresh air. We chose this location because it was close to Lake Gregory State Park where our teen daughter and her friend spent the day at the inflatables. House was perfect for our Saturday steak night under the stars.

Excellent Hosts!

We had a great stay! Craig & Dee were very responsive each time we reached out. All beds were very cozy and property was so clean. Extra touches with amenities such as bathroom supplies, coffee, tea and laundry detergent! They made a manual which was very informative and helpful. I would love to stay again when in the area and would recommend 100% Thank you again Craig and Dee for allowing us to make memories in your home!

Great 1920s cabin pet friendly

We enjoyed our stay and were able to bring our pups. Cabin was well stocked and clean. Plenty of room. Could benefit from more lounge friendly couch, seating. Other than that, great and close the Lake Atrowhead Village.

Weekend Staycation

Craig & DeeDee have a lovely space in Twin Peaks that we used to relax, have a cookout, and enjoy time away from our daily lives. We made use of their games and lovely deck outside. We each had our own space which was hard to find at such a reasonable rate. We know we'd love to come back someday. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great stay!

Had a very relaxing weekend at this cabin! It’s a fun 1920s cabin with great decks/ outdoor space and a lovely spa. Communication was great with the host. Looking forward to staying again!

Cozy cabin

Had a great time, the home included everything we needed to stay comfortable and at home. We appreciate craig and deedee for their hospitality i would definitely book to stay here again without a doubt. Anyone looking for a home away from home this is definitely the best place to stay

Wonderful retreat in the woods

Craig and DeeDee's cabin was a perfect place for our family to spend Christmas. The place was roomy enough for 7 adults with plenty of things to do at the cabin or in the area. Arrowhead Village is a short drive away. The place was easy to find and has everything needed for cooking inside or outside (weather permitting) with a very nice patio, BBQ, and jacuzzi. Our hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Twin Peaks even though they (but not I) were disappointed that it didn't snow.

Lovely home, nice location.

This 1928 cabin was a wonderful place to stay, and we felt very welcome. All the necessary amenities were provided, which made us feel right at home. The owner had stocked up on all the essential items, and the baby items provided were a great help. We were especially grateful for the stair gates. Moreover, our communication with the owner was always prompt and friendly. The cabin had been updated and modernized, yet it still retained the charm and warmth of a log cabin. We found it inviting. We were really impressed with the tastefully included Thanksgiving decor. It was the first time in 30 years that I didn't use my own decor. The kitchen had all the supplies and equipment perfect for our Thanksgiving and the rest of our week's meals. The weather was too cold to take advantage of the decks, but we used the hot tub numerous times. There was plenty of room for our two cars, and it was easy to access the house. The owners were impressively responsive, helpful, and exceptional communicators! You could tell that they genuinely cared about their guests having an "above expectations" experience. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others. Thank you for creating such a great space.

AMAZING LOCATION

This was truly a get away for my family and I. The hosts of this unit were not only overly prepared for our arrival, but they were nice enough to help us adjust our travel plans due to an unforeseen last minute stomach bug. The property is top notch. Clean as a whistle. Gorgeous, updated decor. The Jacuzzi was such a nice touch for unwinding during the evenings. The property supplied everything you would need from ,sunblock, toothpaste, razors, endless coffee and tea options and a great speaker system and lots of fun games for the kiddos. Sitting on the balcony in the morning to savor my final minutes of peace and quiet, while listening to the birds chirp, was my favorite. I would highly recommend this property in the future! Thank you Craig and Dee for sharing your lovely location with us!

Cozy cabin

This was a wonderful house for our weekend. My family enjoyed the jacuzzi, patio, and game table! The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Family spring break escape

The cabin was a wonderful escape and we felt very welcomed. All the amenities provided made us feel right at home. Everything was very well stocked and the baby items provided were a big help. This was the first location that we've stayed at where we didn't need to run out to buy necessities. Most importantly our communication with the owner was always quick and friendly. We look forward to planning more trips back.

Great experience that created memories

The Twin Peaks Cedar Pines Cabin allowed our three families to happily celebrate the holidays together. The home is updated and modern but with the charm and warmth of a cabin. We found it inviting with comfortable decorating, great attention to detail, and well stocked with anything you could think of needing. The extensive kitchen supplies and equipment were especially appreciated as we created meals for 8 during the week. Space allows for everyone to be together but there are also other spaces for smaller groups to play games, puzzle, or visit. There are multiple decks with furniture and an awesome grill. We enjoyed the many extras like games, multiple comfy throws, and fun details for all ages. The special “smart Christmas tree” and decorations were a wonderful bonus and greatly appreciated. The owners are impressively responsive, helpful, and exceptional communicators! You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having an “above expectations” experience. We would definitely come again in the future. Thank you for creating such a great space that contributed to our experience.

Our stay at Craig and DeeDee's place was absolutely wonderful!

Our stay at Craig and DeeDee's place was absolutely wonderful. It is a cabin situated on a hillside and surrounded by tall evergreens with a long view of the surrounding forest. It is located within a neighborhood of other cabins and does have neighbors on each side, but it was easy to get to and easy to park, and the trees and design make it still feel private and isolated. The whole house was spotlessly clean and immaculately decorated- an absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The pictures are very accurate of what to expect. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, sitting out on the back deck surrounded by tall trees, and the hammocks. This place is ideal for families in that it is fully enclosed/fully fenced (our dog loved it) and there are built in baby gates that can retract if you don't need them. They also had a whole trunk of toys and books for toddler-preschool age kids that kept my toddler busy the entire visit. It is spacious enough that two families or multiple couples could stay together without a problem. Overall, absolutely a 5 star stay and would be delighted to stay there again.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at Craig and DeeDee’s cabin.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at Craig and DeeDee’s cabin. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of space for multiple cooks in the kitchen. This cabin is perfect for large families or groups with 4 bedrooms spaced out on 3 floors. Just keep in mind you can only park 2 cars here. This is an excellent cabin for children as there are baby gates at the stairs, crib mattress, kids plates and utensils, and toys/books. There are multiple outdoor areas to relax and hang out- on our last day I realized there was an entire deck I didn’t even know about! Property is also fully fenced and great for small dogs and kids. Would love to spend time here in spring or summer and have more time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces. This is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Lake Arrowhead and Crestline. Craig and DeeDee were excellent hosts and truly thought of everything in their cabin.

Craig & DeeDee's cabin in Twin Peaks was nicer than we could have imagined. It is perfectly equipped for a big group, including ample sized bedrooms, all of the kitchen supplies you'd ever need to grill or cook, and perfectly designed indoor and outdoor spaces. We barely wanted to leave the house to enjoy the area because we loved it so much. Craig and DeeDee were incredibly communicative and helpful with any questions or recommendations needed. We will be back again!

Beautiful, comfortable, all around wonderful

Booking and checking in was easy. The owners were communicative and easy to reach by phone. The cabin was perfect. Beautifully appointed, cozy, but with plenty of space for 2 adults and two teenagers plus our dog. Everything we needed was there including three types of coffee makers (keurig, French press, and drip), stove top popcorn maker, high powered blender.l, tons of cozy blankets. My daughter loved the cozy reading nook upstairs. We can’t wait to book again.

Great place to stay

VERY well equipped, lots of very thoughtful details like the extensive tea and coffee selection, snacks, candy items, just ok many to name! The beds were very comfortable and the pace was clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Compared to most of the cabins in the Lake Arrowhead area, our home is very private. Well placed privacy fencing and mature trees provide lots of privacy and shade.
