Seminole Escape a Perfect Cozy Family Get Away

This is a Quaint 3BR/2BA Seminole Family Home awaits you and your family. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Seminole, this newly remodeled home has a sparkly in-ground pool, screened in back porch with a working television, a bar, fan, seating and outside sink. The inside has new flooring, remodeled kitchen new appliances and a beautiful island to accommodate any family.
The space
Seminole Escape offers a beautiful Master Bedroom with a King sized bed with its own private bathroom with a stand in shower as well as a walk-in closet. Perfect for long stays or just for extra luggage storage.
The two guest rooms come in two sizes, the small guest room with a queen size bed and closet. The other guest room offers two twin beds, a closet and a T.V. UPON REQUEST, the two twin beds can be conjoined together to create another king sized bed. The guest bathroom has a shower and a tub combo
Guest access
We also offer a welcome package where we will pick up your per-select item from the grocery for your arrival for a fee plus cost of items. Once booked you send us a list and we will have it there the day of arrival.

Southern Summer

We enjoyed our time at Seminole Escape very much! It is very well stocked and comfortable. The beds are amazing! Its an older home, so the bathrooms are a little dated but clean. Nice selection of spices in the kitchen, great beach equipment.

The stay was wonderful! Such a darling place and perfect short drive to anywhere, whether city fun or a day at the beach. Spacious, clean, and cozy. Management team was great too!

Great location!

We loved our stay at Seminole Escape! The house was clean, spacious, and very well stocked with essentials. The scrabble board on the wall was so much fun!! That game is special to us and it was like our mom was right there with us The beach chairs and wagon were an added bonus! Lugging all that stuff is hard work! We LOVED the pool and spent a lot of time in it! We will definitely stay again!

Very nice home!

The house is beautiful! Plenty of room. The set up is perfect for vacationers! Everything is pretty close. The neighborhood/neighbors are very nice. Its quiet and comfortable. Everything is provided. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but the owner took care of those issues.

Host were very accomodating and checked on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Great beach chairs and a pull wagon were included which were very useful! Great stay!

Close to everything but quiet neighborhood

We wanted to escape the snow and cold of Michigan and we did. Only issue was I kept thinking it was June and not February! Great weather and just had a very nice time. House was clean and close to everything.

Great home! Was close enough to any attractions of interest. Home is clean and welcoming. Pool is an added bonus. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and enjoyed our time. Will recommend and stay again if in the area.

Birthday weekend

Very cozy. We visited Vinoy Park for Tacos and Tequila. John pass village and boardwalk for shopping and dining on the water. Everything is very close to this location. We enjoyed the pool very much. Will definitely stay again.

Seminole Escape

My family's first time using VRBO and this did not disappoint. The house was clean, spacious, close to beaches, shopping and everything else we needed. The backyard and pool was great for enjoying time in the sun and relaxing. Highly recommended and we will definitely look to rent again.

Escape from the heat

We were in the area for a World Series softball tournament for my granddaughter. By the way, her team won the tournament! I’m sure the ability of using the refreshing pool to cool down each day attributed to their wins. We had a great time and enjoyed your home.

Central location great for family

We had a great time at this property! It was perfectly located and provided a perfect place for our family. We were able to enjoy the pool while there and on the one rainy day we had, it was a quick 20 min drive to St. Pete for the children's museum. We loved the split floor plan and open kitchen. The yard wasn't big enough for the kids to play but it didn't matter since there's a park 5 minutes up the road. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great house, Great location, Great owner!

My family loved the house. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was located perfectly for all our day trips and very close to wonderful beaches. We did have issues with the pool for a few days of our stay, but the owner Dennis was outstanding in communicating and working on getting the issue fixed. He went above and beyond what we would have expected. We would definitely recommend this property if you are staying in the area.

Delightful visit to Seminole Escape

Our family (adult siblings and spouses) really enjoyed our stay at Seminole Escape! The home was spotless and had a well-equipped kitchen, several TV’s, comfortable furniture and beds, plenty of linens, laundry facilities, lovely patio with grill, and much more. The pool was well-maintained and a hit with everyone. The owner truly went all-out to make it a comfortable and pleasant experience for all. I highly recommend Seminole Escape to anyone!

Spring Break in Seminole

Great value for property and proximity to beach. Madeira beach is a quick 15 minute drive. We loved this beach. Nice backyard set-up. Communication was easy with Dennis and property manager. They definitely put thought into the property in terms of hosting guests. Agree the kitchen appliances could be updated, but we would not be deterred from returning. Recommend

Nice Stay

Very nice stay and easy check in process. I didn’t need to contact the property manager during the stay, that is the only reason for the lower score. There were plenty of instructions in the welcoming book and several numbers to call in the event you did need to contact someone. There were plenty of towels and bedding/ blankets. The pool is nice although we didn’t end up using it too much as we went to the beach almost daily. Very nice stay and away from the tourist stuff. Would def recommend to others.

I've had this house since 2001. My long term renter left. So, I gutted the house and remodeled it. I refinished the pool, landscape and gave the inside of the home a brand new look. I would like people to enjoy my home and this area like my son and I do when we can.
I would like to try to keep this house for my son, who wants to go to USF for micro biology.
I am hoping this home helps me make my son's dream come true to go to collage.

There is a security system at the house and you will get a custom code 3 days before check-in for the door and the alarm. There are 3 cameras on the property: the door bell, the side yard of the garage and the pool. This is for insurance purpose only. The pool camera can be disabled with a request and the signing of a waiver.
