This unit has new mattresses, and relatively new living room furniture. I have an eclectic decor in that I have several antique pieces throughout the condo Cooking utensils towels and sheets have recently been updated The bidet in the master bathroom can be used manually.

I am sorry this renter was unhappy in my home. Everything possible was done to accommodate her needs. The tenet contacted me two days before her stay asking to rent the condo.She informed me she had rented another unit for two weeks and was dissatisfied with it and wanting to be in a better accommodation. My condo was scheduled for painting and a deep clean during this week but to accommodate thid tenant the painting was rescheduled for the next available date which will be in early November. Within the first few hours of her arrival the tenant called to report a burned-out lightbulb and that she was unable to work the complimentary beachfront hose. Maintenance immediately went out to address the issue.and found it to be fun ctional . While he was there the tenant informed him of her distaste for the condo decor. During the week my personal photos that were stored in the cabinet where rummaged through along with all the drawers and cabinets. As a property owner I strive to keep my renters happy . Over the past few years I have updated the kitchen with a new breakfast bar,new solid surface. countertops and backsplash and updated all my appliances .Both bathrooms have been renovated and the hot water heater and air conditioner I have been replaced. I take pride in the fact that I have Lloy 98.per cent five star ratings o the last 19 years with the exception ol 2 four stars. I hope this tenant will be able to find a satisfactory vacation rental in the future.

LOL As far as the bidet is concerned, it can be used manually by just plugging it in and pushing the buttons on the toilet seat, Im sorry that you did not recognize the amenities that were available to you
