Coral Breeze is a two-bedroom townhome located in the gated community at the Key West Golf Club on Stock Island. This modern and comfortable home is perfect for a couple or small family looking to stay for a month in Key West.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare everything from quick snacks to full family dinners. Bright and open, the adjoining living room welcomes you to relax in comfort, then step out to the spacious screened-in porch—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails with a view of the green. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located on the first floor, just off the living room.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the second bedroom offers both a twin bed and a twin daybed, making it ideal for children or additional guests.

The surrounding neighborhood includes some of the locals’ favorite restaurants – Hogfish, Roostica, and the completely renovated Stock Island marina. Plan a day at nearby Smather’s Beach for sunbathing, paddle boarding, or a jet ski tour. Take a short drive into Old Town, for more dining, shopping, and site-seeing. And make sure to see the famous sunsets at Mallory Square.

Key West is the place to visit the lively nightlife and relax in the historic charm, flamboyance, and conch-style architecture that early Bahamian settlers made famous. It embodies a clash of the past and the present, and every building (including this rental) in Key West reflects this eclectic ambiance!

- This home is on a monthly pest control schedule. The area of Key West is home to many insects such as termites, no-see-ums, and mosquitos. Pest control can not eliminate these insects during the swarming season. You may also encounter geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens during your stay in the area.
- Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area.
- Please note that max occupancy includes infants.
- Please be advised that documentation may be necessary for ESA/service animals to gain entry.

Pets:
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- We LOVE pets, however- Certain breeds typically have to have an additional owner or HOA approval. If your pet falls under any typical breed restrictions (breed, size, weight) please let us know so that we can confirm!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Key West Golf Course

Love the style of all the homes on the golf course. Still within an easy distance from downtown key west. Great the property arranges a parking pass. The screened in Lani is a must in KW. midstay cleaning was a nice bonus.

Light, airy decor invites you to forget your troubles and just relax!

This was my first visit, but it won't be my last! The minute you walk through the door you are transported to a cozy, calm, serene place. Enjoyed my morning tea on the screened in back deck while taking in the awesome view of the golf course. Beds are comfy and everything you need for your stay is right there. Easy to get around via scooter to enjoy the multitude of restaurants and sights/attractions that the Keys have to offer. Or, you can enjoy a leisurely walk through the golf club community to take in the beautiful views all around you. Can't wait to go back!

Beatifully decorated, clean, safe, quiet. RELAXING

Pictures tell the story. Exactly what I expected and more. Location was perfect. Easy scooter ride into downtown. Owners obviously take this very seriously. We had a great time. Oh, and by the way, the pool is amazing.
