This is a comfortable home in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are walking trails through out the neighborhood and this home is steps away from Foothill Regional Park and hiking. Across the street are tennis courts, community pool and hot tub. A variety of eating places are just 5 minutes away as well as lovely shops.

The photos show what you are getting. This house worked out very well for the three of us, and would just as easily accommodate four. The host was very responsive in communications. I would happily stay here again.

Feels like home

A very comfortable home, everything you would hope for in a short stay. Right in the heart of the Sonoma wine country, very close to all the action. Amazing responsive host who made everything very easy.

Nice quiet neighborhood that is close to everything in Windsor. House has everything you need and the homeowner answers any questions promptly. Will definitely stay again!

This is our second stay at this property. It is comfortable, quiet and works well for visiting our family in Windsor. Communication with the owner is very good. We sleep well and enjoy the back deck for coffee or perhaps wine.

Lovely getaway in Windsor

We had a fantastic stay. The house is lovely and well appointed. Great for a quick weekend in Sonoma, and the pool/hot tub in the neighborhood are a great bonus. A short drive to downtown Healdsburg and the property manager is incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful.

Quiet and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is quiet, yet fairly close to stores and restaurants. The beds are soft but comfortable and the living room accommodated the 2 of us quite well. Kitchen had what we needed. It was nice to sit in the backyard. I do wish the lighting in the bedrooms and second bathroom was brighter.

The most beautiful neighborhood!

This was such a great home and area for us to stay in. My husband and I had a wedding to attend and brought my mom to watch the toddler while we were gone. There are so many trees and pathways to walk and explore they had a blast! The home was so clean, no dust cobwebs or any mess in any corners, the cleanest place I have ever rented. Had some trouble unlocking the door and the owner immediately came thru the ring doorbell to help us. Instructions for checkout were simple and clear! Thank you so much.

Lovely Home

The beautiful little house met all of our needs. Very clean, up-to-date, well-stocked and super convenient. The lovely front lawn is very welcoming. The deck and backyard landscaping is wonderful! The neighborhood is beautiful, all the homes are occupied and well-maintained. Incredible walking/hiking trails are only one block away. We did a few day trips to wineries in the area and our trips were all short. Kim (the home owner) is lovely, friendly and always available. We found the mattress in one of the bedrooms a bit too soft for our old backs, but the mattress in the second bedroom was perfect. I can't recommend this property any higher!

Great Windsor Stay

The house is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of blankets and towels, Bed is very comfortable. Kim provided clear and quick communication when contacted.

Great wine country visit

We stayed at the house for barrel tasting in Sonoma County. It was perfectly located for all the wineries. The kitchen was very well stocked for anything you could possibly want. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Wine Country Getaway

Kim makes it super easy to enjoy your stay in Windsor. Everything in the description matches the property. Wish the weather cooperated better for us (rainy weekend), but we were super cozy in the house and enjoyed it very much. Would stay there again for certain. Thank you, Kim!

Sister's Weekend

The house was amazing and had everything one could want or need. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet with a keyed community pool and spa nearby. The close proximity to Highway 101 was perfect for visiting Santa Rosa and Healdsburg. Kim was extremely accommodating and a wonderful hostess. The pastries and coffee were unexpected and appreciated. We were at the house during the last huge storm and Kim stayed in contact throughout. We will stay there again for sure.

Winery Trip

We arrived on a Tuesday and I entered an incorrect access code. (My fault) Instantly Kim came on the doorbell remotely and asked who I was, asked what code I was using and messaged me the correct code. The location was great for exploring the wineries in the area. The house was perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Kim even left a gift card to local bakery where got some wonderful pastries! My friends had one small recommendation, and that was for lighter lampshades in the smaller bedrooms so there would be more light. We will definitely return!

Small, comfortable, convenient!

Cozy little spot that was close to 101 and easy access to shopping. Reasonably quiet neighborhood with a small green space right across the street. I stayed for the LS100K, so I didn’t really spend much time there. The appliances were nice, it looked like there was a community pool and the price was right.
