The Space:

Sunlight pours through the bohemian‑styled windows, inviting you to unwind on a plush sofa while the scent of tropical blooms drifts from the garden. Step onto the patio and feel the warm Florida breeze ripple across the private pool, a perfect backdrop for sunrise coffee or an evening dip under the stars. Inside, eclectic décor and cozy textures create a relaxed vibe that feels both stylish and home‑like.



Sleeping arrangements

Two spacious bedrooms await. The primary room features a king‑size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen‑size bed, each dressed in soft linens for a restful night. An ensuite bathroom serves the primary suite, and a second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.



Outdoor living

A fully fenced backyard provides privacy and plenty of lounge seating for reading, chatting, or simply soaking up the sun. The private pool is surrounded by comfortable chairs and a shaded area, making it easy to enjoy a swim at any time of day. Free parking for up to two vehicles is located just off the patio.



Kitchen & dining

The large, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances, a coffee machine, and ample counter space for preparing meals. An open‑concept dining area sits just beyond the kitchen, offering a casual spot to share breakfast or a dinner of fresh local catch. High‑speed, free Wi‑Fi and a smart TV in the living room keep you connected and entertained.



Neighborhood

A short five‑minute drive brings you to McKee Botanical Gardens, where you can wander among native flora and tranquil water features. Downtown Vero Beach is seven minutes away, offering boutique shops, lively dining, and cultural attractions. The white‑sand shores of South Beach Park are just ten minutes from the door, perfect for a day of sun, surf, and sand.

The Neighborhood:

Vero Beach is a small graceful city along Florida's Atlantic Coast. Known as being a haven for golf, water sports and fishing. Peaceful beaches, museums, nature tours and a range of hotels make Vero Beach a terrific vacation destination and an important part of the region known as the Treasure Coast.



South Beach Park offers vast beautiful white sands and sand volleyball courts. Downtown’s South Beach Park chronicles the local citrus industry. McKee Botanical Garden has tropical plants and water lily–filled streams. To the north, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge shelters brown pelicans.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
