P&P Lakeside Lodge

Warm & inviting lakeside home with open floor plan & over 100’ of private lakeshore on Upper Mission Lake. 15 minutes from Crosby with a variety of dining, pubs, bike rentals. A great place to enjoy all the seasons: swimming, biking, hiking fishing, snowmobiling, etc.
The space
The 1st floor primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, private bath, walk-in closet and 55” TV. BR-2 has an adjustable queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed. Upstairs you’ll find BR-3 with a queen bed and twin over full bunk bed. There’s also a spacious loft (bedroom 4) with two twin beds. The beautiful family room is furnished with a large sectional sofa and 65” smart TV. Connect to your own apps or enjoy many channels available via fiber optic cable. There's also a gas fireplace in the living room and a fire pit by the lake. ***There is a pontoon boat available (in photos) to rent for an additional fee

Second time at this location and will be back. Quiet location and beautiful lake. The house is clean and modern with everything you need. Host is responsive, friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. 5 adults, set up with plenty of space to play games, do puzzles, just read and relax watch TV or sit out on the deck. We had everything we needed for cooking including an array of spices and an electric griddle for making breakfast! The listing was very accurate. We enjoyed the pontoon and the great fishing. We will be back, Thanks Paul!!!!!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautiful and worked perfectly for our extended family get-together. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded to messages through Vrbo. We had a little miscommunication, but he made everything right. Know that if you rent the pontoon with this property, it is not in the best shape. There is a lot of mold on it.Overall, great experience!

Family Getaway

The cabin is very well maintained and well appointed. Our family of 11 adults and 1 one teen had a great time including rental of the pontoon boat to tour the lake. Our host was quickly attentive to our last minute questions and our last minute request to rent the pontoon boat. Overall a successful vacation!

Great family vacation!

The lake house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items and games to play. We enjoyed playing corn hole while the kids used the stand up boards we rented. Everything was wonderful!

The property was family friendly. We were a total of 10 and didn't feel crowded. Appreciated the long table for family meals and game time. The property owner responded in a timely manner to questions. We highly recommend this property.

Great Place

Very clean and spacious! I really like to cook and was pumped that there is a charcoal grill and well appointed kitchen. This is a really nice lake and great location coming from the cities. If you have a boat check with the owner about the water level around the doc, it was doable with a pontoon but not easy (after a very dry summer is nobody's fault). The owner was a fast communicator and super easy to work with. I recommend P&P Lakeside Lodge

Excellent stay

We had a great time at this property. The location was fairly secluded. The view of the lake was beautiful. The host was responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and modern. It is set up such that it comfortably fit 10 adults and could have held even more. The fishing was good for panfish and water was very clear. There is a new deck on the lake side of the house where some could enjoy the view while others played yard games. We really couldn’t find anything negative to say about this place. We hope to book it again next year.

Worked for a group of adult men

Everything went well; the host was super attentive and returned messages promptly. FYI, the bbq is charcoal and both bathrooms are on the main floor. Kitchen was well equipped and the pontoon was great. The bunk bed was made for kids or small adults; it didn’t feel sturdy enough for an average sized male adult. Regardless, it was a great stay and good home base for a Brainerd golf trip with 11 guys over 60!

Incredible Getaway

We wanted a special getaway to celebrate a 50th birthday and this beautiful place delivered. We had a wonderful time and felt so at ease and comfortable here. The lake views were tremendous (especially as a monstrous lightning storm rolled in!). My wife and I donned our wetsuits and did a memorable open-water swim one morning (no boat traffic at all). We played corn hole in the backyard and threw around a football. We got a campfire going, too. Inside, the screened in porch was perfect for sipping coffee and doing the crossword puzzle. The TV room was so comfortable (BIG TV!) - we watched the Oscar-winning film, Dumb & Dumber. :). The living room and kitchen area was fantastic, too. Would easily accommodate a bigger group than our 6 people. We also did a quick drive over to Crosby (about 15 minutes), where we hit the legendary red-dirt trails. Thank you for having us!
