To fully enjoy your holidays, we offer villa equipment, but also daily cleaning, bed sheets are replaced every 3 days, Fiber optic internet, Smart TV, Netflix account, Kayaks and much more.
The space
Rare villa located right on the beach at Bantai in the South of Koh Phangan. Bantai is the trendiest village with bars, restaurants, parties, supermarket but our villa location is also extremely quiet.
Daily cleaning and maintenance at the moment of the day you prefer. We offer you the service of a hotel while you enjoy the privacy of a villa.
The villa is within group of five and this villa has a prime waterfront location!
It is nevertheless a quiet and private place to stay.
House is surrounded by walking distance shops, first restaurant at 50 meters and a supermarket is even less than three hundred meters away!
Next door is Summer luxury resort. You will be able to enjoy their facilities such as twenty meters swimming pool (free), their Spa or Chardonnay restaurant.
The Villa has a breezy balcony/patio facing lagoon, Koh Samui and Ang tong national park islands.
Villa is equipped with 2 Air-conditioned, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. Wall fan and floor fan. It has its own router Fiber optic internet, 3BB most reliable in Thailand!
A safe to store valuable items.
A LG Smart Tv 55" with Netflix account, a Bluetooth speaker.
King-size bed, beach towels, shower towels and linens are provided. Bedsheets are replaced every 3 days, as in a hotel!
The king-size bed has a fantastic topper to give you the feeling of sleeping on a cloud. And while you lay down on the bed, the view through the window gives you the feel of sleeping on the ocean! (Please see our pictures)
The kitchen is well equipped with rice cooker, gas stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, blender, microwave, wine glasses and even free drinking water included!
I will organize your pick you up on arrival and departure, help you to rent a vehicle if needed.
You could use our kayak boats anytime during your stay.
I will be your neighbor during your stay. If you need anything else, please just ask!

The whole house and lounge bamboo chair are for guests only.
You will sometimes meet me and other guests in the common garden down to the villa/
Other things to note
*** PLEASE NOTE, BEACH TIDES APRIL - SEPTEMBER ***
Many beaches along the South and West coast have shallow waters at seasonal times.
From APRIL TO SEPTEMBER, Beach turns into a huge playground with low tide, where the waters will be shallow here with a slightly higher tide in the evenings and more a calm sea. Swimming during the day won't be possible, but the evenings bring more water to have a cool dip. It's a great spot for kids to play in. The beach turns into a huge playground, great for walks, shell and crab picking and safe to stroll & run around freely. There is also an array of Pools around the island to use during low tide and many other beaches close by to visit and explore as well!
I can provide a tide table to check the best moment to swim during the day.

*** PLEASE NOTE PARTIES *** On Friday night, from the villa, you will hear a party called Sabai Bay and located few hundred meters away from the villa. They usually turn off music after midnight. Let's then go dancing!
