Lake side condo with amazing views!

This clean two bedroom and two bath condo is the perfect lake getaway. Located on the 2.5 mm of the niangua directly across from The Cave Bar and grill! Enjoy gorgeous views while sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the screened in porch. Choose from many restaurants close by including nauti fish rum bar, The Cave bar and grill, and just around the corner is Captain Ron’s or the Fish and Company! Community pool available just a short walking distance and has a wonderful view of the lake as well. The condo is located on the third floor with around 10 stairs from the parking lot. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer on site as well.

Perfect for Our Stay

The property certainly matched the description provided. It was clean, offered wonderful views, and included all the necessary amenities. We were attending a concert at the Ozark Amphitheater, which was conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive away.

Youth World Series

My son had a baseball tournament at Ballparks National and we stayed here for six nights. Check-in was easy, the unit is comfortable and easy to find. Location is only about 15 minutes to the ballpark. Communication with property manager was perfect! We were able to fish from the docks in front of the property and catch several fish during our stay.

Quick response to our last minute request to stay in this condo. It was very clean and had every amenity that you could need. Furniture and bedding were all very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for others!

Loved it here!

We spent a lot of time in this condo due to the rainy cold weather. It was perfect for my family of 4. Had everything we needed and perfect view of the lake. We will definitely be back!

A great 1st visit to Lake of the Ozarks!

We stayed in this condo for 5 nights and could not be more pleased! Everything was as shown in the listing! Comfortable bed, excellent location and very quiet! We closed on our own lake property while there and the location was so convenient to our place and Lake Ozark/Osage Beach for closing. The screened in lanai was lovely for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! Highly recommend a stay here!

Family getaway

This condo is well maintained/wonderful. Has a screened in deck with a grill and it’s close enough to all the things we like to do at the lake. The outdoor pool and pool deck furniture were nice too. The TV and Wi-Fi all worked as expected and were used when the weather turned cloudy outside.

Clean, beautiful condo!

We loved our stay at this beautiful and quiet condo on our favorite part of the lake! Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked! No carpet, which is a definite plus for me! Our favorite part was being able to sit on the covered, screened-in deck . no bugs!! Deck furniture was also very comfortable . . easy to relax out there! Another plus is how quick and easy it is to jump on 5 and be in town within a few minutes . . no hills and winding roads to get to the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, great location

This condo offered a perfect location for a nearby family reunion. The condo was as described in the listing, and we met friendly residents. It offered all the basic amenities that we needed for the weekend with plenty of extra bath towels. While the beds were a little too firm for our liking, that made little difference after an exhausting day of fun on the lake. We do recommend bringing your favorite coffee for the coffee maker. A night stand lamp in the bedrooms with charging ports for devices would be a nice touch, but all in all, we hope to come back to this place next summer!

Family vacation

This condo was perfect for a 5 night stay close to the water. It has all the amenities needed and more. We loved the screened in balcony and furniture out there. The pool was also a great addition. It was great to have everything clean and well kept.

Perfect Place to Relax

Here for a family event. Condo was perfect spot to rest & relax away from the group ( we do love our fam😉) Clean, great AC, cute decor, comfortable. Everything was as stated in the description! Loved the balcony/deck on the waterfront. Great spot for morning coffee…

Wonderful screened balcony.

The condo was beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay plus some. My daughters and i spent most of our time on the screened in patio. We hate bugs , but enjoy nature. We were able to sit outside and watch the lake, and did not have one mosquito bite. The pool was nice and all the residents were kind and friendly. Thanks for a great weekend.

Very clean and well appointed. We loved it. Found it very comfortable as a place to stay for a few days but would work for longer periods really well too. Great communication with the owner and very simple to get in and out of the complex and condo. Highly recommend.

The unit was clean and homey. Had great views of the lake and was close the the Ozark Amphitheater for the concert we attended. We had a wonderful weekend!

Wonderful Lake Vacation

The condo was very well-maintained very clean and the owner responded to any questions quickly. The lighted screened in porch with a ceiling fan made the view even better. The pool area was also very nice. A great place to stay at the lake!
