Escape to the lake! Day passes to our local resort are included with your stay. Hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools, outdoor bar and fire pit, sauna and steam room, the list goes on! (outdoor bar and outdoor pool are closed in winter) This beautiful Villa happily welcomes families and adults 25 and older. Just five minutes from downtown Lake Geneva, or Williams Bay, this clean and comfortable second floor condo offers the best of both worlds. You may enjoy your day shopping the quaint stores, relaxing at a local spa, hitting up the nightlife, or treking down the famous Lake Geneva lake path. Afterwards, return home to the privacy of your own lake condo! Being a peaceful location, you'll appreciate our "no parties" rule. Please read our house rules and other notes sections for further info.

The condo was adorable and immaculate. The host was immediately accessible. Kitchen was well equipt. Fireplace made snowy evening cozy and warm. Can't think of one drawback.

We enjoyed our girls trip. The place was very nice, clean and relaxing. We loved coming into the place with the tv screen playing music and a beautiful picture on the screen. Will definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay and it was clise to everything we needed. Slept wondetful the bed was so comfy. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the Lodge and swim and use the facilities. Woukd love to stay again.

Overall the condo work well for us. The balcony was a bonus - very peaceful. We even went to the pool next door at the hotel. Close to town and restaurants. The only complaint that I would say there are many stairs leading up to the condo outside of the complex. We had someone that used a cane and had trouble walking up the stairs. Inside she used the handrail. Maybe photos of the outside area and parking would be helpful.

Family time at the Lake

This was our second stay at this property. We love the location to downtown lake Geneva, Williams bay and Fontana. The pool amenities at the Lodge resort next door are a plus also. We can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect condo for adults and kids!

We had three adults and three kids (ages 3-6) stay and had a wonderful experience. The condo was as pictured, clean and the access to the Lodge amenities was a great value add. Super close to both downtown Lake Geneva and Williams Bay. Would stay again!

location was good for driving into downtown area. 2 full bathrooms was a plus. The noise from the heat/air conditioning was loud. Cleanliness could have been better.

Great from start to finish

Great place to stay - host was very quick to respond and thorough with answering any questions I had. The photos describing the place are spot on, what you saw was exactly what you got. Location was perfect - longest drive we had was 12 minutes. Food recommendations given by host were helpful and greatly appreciated. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Perfect for two couples

We stayed here for a couple days around Christmas and the condo was perfect for us. It looks just like the pictures, so no surprises. Good showers, beds were comfortable. The location is just a few minutes away from downtown. We didn't end up using the pool, so can't comment on that.The condo was decorated for Christmas, which made it extra special!

Family Thanksgiving

Our kids and grands live in Lake Geneva. This condo was super clean, very well stocked with whatever you might need and perfect location near our kids home and surrounding towns. We had a great time being together, shopping in downtown Lake Geneva, going to Fontana and having Thanksgiving in Delavan. Our hostess was awesome as well.
