Bring the whole family to this updated home with enough room to escape from the hustle and bustle of life and unplug, but close enough to town for last minute needs! The front & back patio are perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee watching the beautiful sunrise/sunsets. This is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with no tolerance for noise after 10 pm.
Dog(s) will enjoy a large fenced in backyard.
The space
This quaint 1500 square foot house has an abundance of outdoor living with two attached porches, an over-sized yard, grill and card games/books. there's plenty of space to curl up and enjoy a book or access your favorite show on Netflix through one of the three TV's. A designated workspace is tucked away in the second bedroom with a scenic view of the backyard. The fully-stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, pots/pans, and plenty of to-go cups to use for outside. The master suite has blackout curtains for those wanting a dark room to sleep in. Welcome snacks, water, and coffee are provided to all guests.

Other things to note
Up to 2 potty-trained dogs under 75 pounds are allowed with a fixed price of $75 per dog, per stay. Dogs are not allowed on the couches or beds and will incur an additional cleaning fee if hair is found on the bedsheets.
There is a large backyard for your dogs to enjoy but please clean up after them using the pet waste disposal bags in the kitchen.

Guests are responsible for any damages from their pets, as well as any other damages during the stay.
