Full eyes sea view villa w. swimming pool, close to beach & golfs
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a desk, a fan, and high quality bedding; the master suite has its own sea view terrace and bathroom with tub, 2 sinks, and toilets.
Another full bathroom with shower serves the 2 other bedrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the first floor. The top floor above hosts a 60m2 solarium with sofas, and a dinning area.
On the ground floor, the large glass doors of the dining room open on the magnificent sea coast view all the way to Gibraltar and Africa and on a terrace with sofas; the adjacent 20m2 lounge allows relaxing, watching TV on a 65' screen or play with an XBOX1.
If you feel like a french chef, you can indulge with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, traditional and microwave oven, induction hobs, dishwashing machine, and various kitchen machines, including robots or normal and expresso coffee machine. ... The 70m2 ground floor also hosts the entrance and an additional toilets.
A laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

In order to preserve the planet, we equipped by default the bed rooms with fans. But the house is also equipped with air conditioners (which are also reversible for heating).
When tired of the adjacent swimming pool, the wonderful "Cala Sardina" beach is at walking distance. Supermarkets, chemist, as well as many restaurants and bars are with 10mn drive (4.5km) in the small beach town of Torreguadiaro. The Sotogrande leisure harbour is another kilometer away from Torreguadiaro with all its shops and restaurants, and other sport facilities nearby (Polo, tennis, etc). Driving ten minutes from home in the other direction is the lively "Porto La Duquesa" and its so diverse food scene.
So come and relax, cook, work, exercise, socialise, all in the glorious weather of the costa del sol and the blue of the sea and the sky surrounding our house

We are a couple of seasoned travelers, the world over, for the last 40 years. We experienced virtually all possible kind of accommodations (and took notes).
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Gorgeous horizons and landscape. When travelling, that was one of our top criteria to choose our stops. Over the years, we crisscrossed Asia, Europe, the Americas North, Central and South, Africa....during our holidays, and professionally too! We enjoyed to search and find THE place that suited us.
While dreamful sceneries were essential to make us want to stay in a place, it was not the only criterium. We loved places where you could find that the owners have thought of our needs and comfort, very often through details.
It is not a question of visible wealth, not at all. Rather a sense of welcoming people, wanting to make us feel at home.
Years running by, we in turn wished to find and offer a rare gem.. We looked for it in Corsica for years and suddenly, by chance, within a couple of days, we discovered it in the European California ....the Costa Del Sol, in one of the rare places of the coast where wild landscapes perfumed by local bush still remain. Very close to the greatest European forest of cork oaks. Very close also to the numerous golfs all around.
A house facing the open sea and embracing the two Hercules pillars, the rock of Gibraltar and the Jebel Musa in Morocco. From the very beginning till now, the first thing getting up and the last lying down is to admire this extraordinary scene!
Now we want to partake this pleasure and offer all the best we enjoyed in others' houses.
Some of us need to keep close contact with work. So the house has high speed internet and wifi and each bedroom is fitted with a desk.
We hope you will enjoy this place as much as we do and very much welcome your suggestions to improve your experience.
