There was all the supplies that we needed there.Lots of activities to do and the playground and backyard was wonderful! The only complaint, and I had read other complaints beforehand on this, was the cleanliness of the floors, ceiling fans, blinds etc.There was items in the couch cushions one being a tablet(white pill) that my 3 year old granddaughter found, but thankfully brought right to me! The place was beautiful, well maintained on furnishings and plenty of extras!! The only thing I'd recommend is a more thorough cleaning! We would book there again if we were to go back though

Overall the cabin was very nice, and we had a great weekend stay with friends. I took one star away because the property owner did not answer a question that I had before the trip. Everything was wonderful otherwise. I would definitely recommend this for a large group and would stay again.

Upon entry, we were blown away by the beautiful cabin as any country folks from small town Louisiana would be. The house is huge and beautiful. The backyard is built from every child's dreams. My two boys absolutely loved it. As our weekend got started, the rose colored glasses started to fade. We could see the dirt, dust and grime left behind in every crease & crevice. The rugs looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in several stays. The back porch hadn't been cleaned in a while & the furniture was covered in pollen & dirt. We didn't sit on anything outside because it was absolutely disgusting. The couches in the living room weren't the couches that are in the photographs online, & the grill was downsized from a 4burner to a 2burner. Day 2 brought all kinds of new challenges. We woke up to overflowing commodes. Not just a little, but it was backed up all the way into the showers. The owner was quick to respond & got it fixed but the damage was done. They came in and fixed the problem while we were away. The issue was that they didn't do anything about the shower curtains that had been in poop inside the shower. When bathing my boys in the upstairs shower, I noticed mold and mildew on the vinyl shower curtain as well. Dinner and breakfast would have been a lot easier to cook if we had more than 2 pans to use. None of the TVs had remotes in the rooms & only the downstairs tv remote worked. Overall, the maids need to be held accountable. Everything needs a deep cleaning.

Dishwasher didn’t work very well.Batteries in remotes need new ones. Only a few forksPots and Pans OMG WERE TOXIC. Had to go buy new one to cook. Gross. Definitely didn’t Shower curtain liners all had mold on them.Hot tub was a cesspool and we spent hours just completely draining it and adding fresh water, so your welcome we still all had a great time but just needs more cleaning and maybe new appliances.

Family Getaway!

We had a great time! Place was beautiful and had everything we needed! Our only complaint was the grass was way too high! It was plenty dry enough to of been cut , my grandbabies just played through it but wish they would have came and cut it! We had a great time and hope to come back!

Loved the home

Plugs did not work in part of the kitchen. Had to move items to plug them in. Outside grill was very dirty/bad. Roads are horrible.

The cabin was beautiful, we made lots of memories and more than enough space. The sink had a little drip and the oven wouldn't heat right, but still had an amazing time

Elders Retreat

Property is beautiful. The only 2 negatives there wasn’t enough towels or washcloths. One restroom meant for 2 bedrooms to share (4 adults) only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth. All other restrooms only had 1 washcloth for 2 adults. Also 2 of the beds very uncomfortable, they sagged in the middle.

Biggers better

It is a beautiful property. However, there was no hot water in any shower throughout the whole cabin. There is some electrical issues with lights flickering constantly or just not working at all. I found multiple mouse & rat droppings throughout the cabin also. When i messaged the host/manager. I received no response to any problem. So we took cold showers all week long. It is gorgeous & we had a blast around town but wont stay here again.

OUR ANNIVERSARY

Amazing , beautiful wood grain top of the line. Our beds were so soft . Property was mind blowing Beautiful. MASTER BATH HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED VERY SEXY. Amenities Great. THE BED ON THE WALL WAS NICE . HOT TUB WAS HOT AND CLEANED WORKED WELL .THANKS FOR THE NEW SOFA SETS IN THE DEN BEAUTIFUL & COMFORTABLE . NOW THE DOWNS SIDE IS : Needs a new grill or the old grill must be cleaned so we did not use it . Needs a new refrigerator it was not cold enough even after adjusting temp however the freezer side is good. Need smart tvs in all bed rooms because the tv's did not work ; we did not find a remote for the tvs . Master bed room and the den tv worked great. One of the bed rooms upstairs needs lighting . OVERALL WE WOULD RECOMMEND BIGGER IS BETTER CABIN TO FRIENDS BECAUSE WE LOVE THE PROPERTY

Bitter Sweet

We loved the property...It is a large house, Beautiful. The 2 bedrooms downstairs had problems. The master King bed was nearly broken down at the foot of the bed...We were scared it was going to break ever second. The other bedroom downstairs...The couple got eaten up by Bed Bugs...Soooo, I guess you can call it Sweet Bitter...The Road to get to the Cabin is Terrible...Huge Pot holes that can't be avoided. Called the property Manager several times...No answer or call back.

House is great but small things need tlc

This house is great and kids play area is great as well. The road is fullll of potholes. Definitely need replace some furniture. You could get lost in the living room couches. Very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Bar stools are an accident waiting to happen. Downstairs king room needs mattress replaced. Very disappointed in the lighting on the back porch. Called Terry to let him know we could not sit out on the back porch because of no lighting. He told me to check to be sure I had the correct light switches and call him back so he could try to get someone out there to fix. Never answered my calls or text when I did try him back. I did get confirmation of him seeing the text but still waiting for his call 2 weeks later. Would have been nice to sit out on the back porch at night. We had to go around the house and steal light bulbs that weren’t as important as other areas to have some light in the house as well. These didn’t just all go out. Also. Foseball game was missing a man & pool table & pool sticks need repairing. Paid too much money to have all these issues. Especially the little ones that could have been taken care of that were not.
