Perfect for a girls weekend!

House was big with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 of the rooms had 2 queens in each room so there was plenty of room for all to sleep. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. We can’t speak on cooking arrangements since we didn’t cook the 2 days we were there. It was definitely the perfect place for a great girls fun weekend getaway.

Beautiful home

House was very nice, master bed needs some work, if your going to use the kitchen there are not a lot of cooking things so ask first. Inside of the stove was dirty so when we did try and warm something up it got very smokey. Dish washer we could not get to work at all. We left the house very clean but if we had access to a broom and mop we would have wiped over the floors. A few mi or things but we did enjoy the place and the stay.

The absolute worst stay!

The property was nothing as described. It stated four bedroom and it was a 1 functional bedroom. Master bedroom bed was broken, single bedroom bed was broken, third bedroom had empty bed frames, wet towels in the dryer, and wet blanket in the washer. I emailed the manager of the property with no response! We had to go buy beds to sleep on for our stay! Do not ever stay here!

The “Almost House”

We labeled this property the “Almost House” because it was almost a good experience. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but the house is gated so we felt a little better. Walked in and immediately was impressed with the kitchen, but that’s where the good impression ended. The smell was horrible downstairs because of a broken dishwasher that had an atrocious smell coming from it. But the smell upstairs was worse and we couldn’t figure out why it stunk so bad. We spent money on air fresheners and candles trying to mask it, but eventually just chose to leave a day early because we couldn’t take it anymore. We also had to clean when we got there because there were no trash cans in the bathrooms (except the master bathroom) so there were used paper towels on the counters. Furniture was dusty, candy under master bed, mattresses were very uncomfortable, 2 rooms with no tv, one room with 2 tv, hamper full of dirty towels in one room, no shower curtain in master bathroom, bathroom door doesn’t close and had no handles on inside… just a lot of unnecessary inconveniences. I mistakenly assumed there would be a hair dryer and iron, but there wasn’t. So, we spent more money on that. The house has so much potential, but it just wasn’t given the attention to detail. When you spend money on a Brno, you expect the amenities of home and it fell extremely short of that. But, it was absolutely unacceptable to continue to rent a property out that has a smell that has been there for a while!

House is nothing as stated

First of all, the home is on N McKinnley, , super bad spot of the city, homeless tents on the corners BBC ( hense gate I guess). No internet the whole time we where there , the hot spot worked on and off. More off then on! They did try to fix but it didn’t fix. They no longer responded to us after that, multiple text msg and calls with no return calls back. When we got there they informed us the table got broken. They knew we where cooking Thanksgiving dinner they brought a very small used round table for us to use The washer apparently was broken. The repairman was supposed to be there Tuesday. Never showed and after mult conversation with them while they where putting table together they stated they would reimburse us for part of the house. We are unable to have them respond back to us since then. We could not figure out what the horrible smell was in the house. It was awful. ( the broken washer was completely full of stagnant water). They where notified of this as well. Again zero respond back. As far as the kitchen, we have stayed in many. Their are 3 pots in the house. And 3 forks and 2 spoons. And 3 coffee cups. This is a house being sold that they have to rent out to make the payment. The house had zero reviews. When we rented it. We gave it a shot. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Always…. GO WITH A SUPER HOST……. Always☹️ We communicated 3 or 4 times since. With no responses. Please do not rent . You will flush your money. ( we had to provide our own toilet paper as well☹️) I have never left a unfavorable review before. We definitely felt duped over price, location and bags of dirty clothes we had to take back. ☹️ I did not want to leave such a bad review, but I gave multiple attempts for them to rectify this problem. They did offer one day of laundry mat. ( that area is so bad. Nobody was going to a laundromat). We wasn’t there to die. We where there to see baby grandchildren Please found a super host. It will be cheaper in the long run snd tour trip will be everything you paid for

Plenty of room for everyone.

There was plenty of room for our group of girls. The kitchen was spacious and clean, as was the living room. The beds were a little hard, but having four bedrooms was a plus. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Nice place for a large group

This house was not bad. I did notice that it’s still getting some remodeling changes for instance, there was a hole in the kitchen ceiling which I assumed used to be a light, the master bedroom door doesn’t line up with the door frame, and one of the sinks in the master bedroom just squirts out instead of pouring straight down. There were random beds and blankets in the closets which was nice. There isn’t a lot of plates and silverware as well as pots and pans. Other than that, it wasn’t a bad house. Good size for a large group. Just know the host does take some time to respond.

This property is in a great location and I loved the privacy fence. I do not think it was cleaned and ready for us the towels were still in the dryer and some areas needed some attention. Amazing kitchen, yet no pots and pans to cook use. Master bedroom amazing, 1 guest bedroom 2 queens and 1 guest 2 futons. Not the best setup for 3 couples. Communication with the host was not quick.

Comfy overnight stay after going out to Bricktown

The house was large and clean, I loved the large driveway so all of our guests could park within the fence next to the house. We all slept great. Thanks for the stay!
