Just a short drive away, you’ll find everyday essentials, local dining, coffee shops, and beautiful outdoor spaces that give this part of Akron its charm. The surroundings feel relaxed and inviting, with plenty of room to stroll, breathe, and enjoy the slower rhythm of this side of town.



It’s an ideal spot for guests who want a peaceful home base while still being close to everything Akron has to offer.

This home offers quick access to Route 18, I-77, and Route 8, making travel to Downtown Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, and Cleveland fast and easy. You’ll have a private 2-car garage and driveway parking, with no street parking or winter hassle.



Most attractions and essentials are within 10–15 minutes, and Uber/Lyft are readily available for convenient local transport.

✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.



✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.



✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.



✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.



✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the back of the house.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, PETS and SMOKING are not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)



✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ Please note that security cameras are present for exterior monitoring only. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.



✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✔Upload a valid ID

✔Fill out the Check-in Form

✔Sign the Rental Agreement



✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee



✹ Early Check-in:

If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.

Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.



✹ Late Check-out:

Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests.



✹ CRIBS: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive!



✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.



✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
