► Booking Policy
No third-party bookings. The primary renter must be present at the property for the entire stay.

► Hot Tub & Safety
Guests assume full responsibility for hot tub use and must supervise children at all times.

► Starter Supplies Provided
We provide a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc.) to begin your stay. Daily housekeeping is not included, and supplies will not be restocked.

► Grill & Propane
Guests are responsible for maintaining propane levels for the grill. Propane exchange costs will be reimbursed.

► Wildlife Awareness
Wildlife such as bears and raccoons are common in the area. Please do not leave any trash outside at any time.

► Doors & Pest Control
Please keep all doors closed at all times. While we have regular pest control service, being in a wooded setting means occasional bugs are unavoidable without keeping doors shut.

► Resort Access
Resort access is not included with your stay.

► Activities & Recreation
