NEW bedroom furniture!

This beautiful villa is a 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom villa in Palmetto Dunes that can accommodate up to 2 people and is just a few steps from the beach! This villa boasts a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and beautiful countertops and cabinetry. Walk out of the kitchen to the dining area with seating for 4. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a large sliding glass door for patio access! What a wonderful way to wake up!! The Master bed has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate tub, and twin vanity. Beautiful vinyl plank-style flooring throughout.

The balcony includes a patio set to watch spectacular views while you sip your morning coffee, restfully read a book or have a romantic dinner! Perfect spot to de-stress!

The living room has updated furniture, a 50" Smart TV, and you can sit on a cozy sofa to watch a show or just gaze out at the beautiful view! The living room has access to the spacious balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the lovely garden with the ocean as your background!

You have access to their large swimming pool, the kiddie pool, hot tub and their sun deck, and you have access to their private boardwalk to the beach. A wonderful place for a happy a Hilton Head Island vacation!

The two large pools are seasonally heated, the pool area includes a hot tub, a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area.

The kiddie pool has a cool mushroom shaped waterfall for a super fun experience (pack that sunblock they may not want to come in). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage.

Anniversary celebration

Spent an enjoyable week celebrating our anniversary and enjoying beach time and excellent HHI restaurants. We love the Palmetto Dunes area and this particular rental was perfect!

Great Stay

The property is wonderful and the condo well stocked with what is needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to the pool and beach. Communication with the owners was terrific and timely.

As good as it gets

If you only need a one bedroom condo in Palmetto Dunes, this is the one. Start with everything you could conceivably need. Great location and a wonderful pool. It does not get any better on Hilton Head.

Beyond our expectations

We have stayed in this Property a couple of times. We think the location is perfect and the interior lives very well. Kitchen is well equipped. The owner is excellent always available if you have a question. We would stay here again.

HHI 2025

Fifth Family vacation …. Kids and grandkids. Everything was great except lack of towels in the condo. There were only two that we had to wash abs reuse. Then on the last day my husband happened across a couple additional towels that we didn’t know were there. Otherwise the stay was pleaaant!

Great Condo in Hilton Head!

We rented this condo for my in-laws since they joined us on a family vacation. Our family was down the hallway and it was a perfect location for our group. The condo was well appointed, comfortable and clean and the location of this building is so awesome that we have stayed in it four times now. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great week!

Great property

Me and my husband had a great week in this unit. The host Lorie is very efficient in communicating with you. Whatever problem you have is solved in a timely matter and the unit is decorated nicely and you have everything that you need. I would recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful! Check in and check out could not have been easier, location and view were perfect, and privacy was a bonus. 1 floor up from the parking garage was ideal. Lori answered all my questions quickly and clearly. I cannot say enough great things about this unit. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place and very clean!

Our time at Windsor Place was absolutely wonderful. The unit was very nice, stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of parking as well. We felt right at home watching the family of deer play outside our balcony. The pool and beach access was a few steps away from the elevator. Most of all, Lori was a pleasure to work with. She was the best host! Overall, you will not regret your stay at Windsor Place.

Nice. Clean. Comfortable.

We had a wonderful week. I’m a clean freak and a bit of germaphobe and I was so comfortable in our condo. Everything was very well taken care of, clean, and well appointed. The location was very convenient to everything on the island. The only slight inconvenience was having to walk around the building next door to get to the beach but really that was not a bother.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time during our stay at the property. Check in/check out process was seamless. The unit was clean and looked as expected. The kitchen was fully stacked. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we need in the kitchen. The balcony has a lovely view and is away from the pool and walkways. Lori is a great host; it never took her more than a few minutes to reply to any of my inquiries. Overall great experience!

Perfection

This unit had more than everything we needed. We used the dryer pretty often, and because of that, we only had to bring two bathing suits each for the whole week. Another really great thing was the closeness to the beach and pool. It was close to the both of these things, but it was not so close as to be able to hear them. The loudest thing was the frogs at night, but if you were expecting that and brought earplugs and a rain machine like I did, you will sleep just fine. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and the only thing you need to bring are coffee pods, sugar, and creamer. You should also plan to bring some distilled water to make coffee. The master bathroom was, as far as I was concerned, the star of the show. I used it pretty often to shower, and it was the most luxurious shower I've ever been in. Super super nice. The owner was extremely communicative, and thoughtful as well. Lori was without a doubt the friendliest person I've ever rented from in my life. Super easy to talk to and very clear about everything. One last thing, if you are bringing in a bunch of heavy stuff, know that there is a lower level parking garage that you should use. We tried to bring stuff up the front steps, and it was a massive pain. Only upon visiting the beach later that night did we realize the mistake that we had made, LOL. Thank you so much for making this place available to us, and we look forward to renting again!
