Dense suburban, neck of the woods! A-grade city! Historic, yet hip, this Pocono Mountains town is a great place to spend a weekend or more. Stroudsburg’s stroll-able sidewalks and scenic woodland parks are perfect for leisurely outings. Gentle hiking and biking paths wind beside the Brodhead Creek, a top spot for fishing in the warmer months. The Delaware River and Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area are nearby.
For families, Stroudsburg’s shops and galleries offer fun workshops and special programs. Parks and preserves promote outdoor activities, and special events provide family-friendly festivities throughout the year. Parades, festivals and farmers markets brighten many weekends in this Pocono Mountains town.
Stroudsburg’s boutiques and galleries are filled with clothing, jewelry, shoes, sporting goods, home décor and more.
Dining in Downtown Stroudsburg ensures there’s always something new to sample. Restaurants range from pubs and cafes to ethnic eateries serving up Thai, Italian and French cuisine. The town is als
o known for its nightlife, where late-night bites and hand-crafted cocktails are served alongside music and entertainment.
Stroudsburg’s small-town charm is amplified in winter, when festive decorations adorn the trees, sidewalks and storefronts. Twinkling lights add a warm glow to seasonal celebrations, and shops offer unique gifts and holiday treats. Outdoors, activities like ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and eagle watching are popular.

Stroudsburg is close to several great golf courses, making it easy to play a round in the morning and hit the town in the afternoon.

Pocono Cab Service is available, Uber, Pocono pony bus services, and rental companies near by. Our unit has a private parking lot and there are sidewalks surrounding the property.

We have Blink cameras at the entrance, and exits the units. This only captures the outside entrance, and back door entrance. They will only record when motion is detected. We also do have Minut Noise monitoring systems in the unit to detect noise decibels. This will monitor noise levels at all times. We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the Minut noise monitoring system, the cameras, and the Schlage encode door lock. If any of these and tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch security officers, or management to the premises. This will also result in termination of your reservation. The heat in the unit is only able to go up to 75-77 degrees max, and we do provide you extra blankets!
House Rules:

PARKING
We only allow 2 parking spaces per unit.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 11pm-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises.

OCCUPANCY
The home can have up to 6 people in it. Any people more than this, will be charged $75 per any extra guest past 6, and any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host.

SMOKING
There is no smoking in the property. There is a $200 per day smoking fee.

EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. If an early check in is granted,(2pm check in) there will be a $40 fee.

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price. Late checkout fee: If you are 15 mins late on checkout day, it is an additional $75 fee. If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged for an additional day. (THIS DOES NOT AWARD YOU POSSESSION FOR THE ADDITIONAL DAY, IT IS JUST A PENALTY FOR HOLDING POSSESSION BEYOND WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BECAUSE YOU COULD NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE FUTURE RESERVATION AND YOU'LL BE COSTING US FOR HOUSEKEEPERS WAITING AROUND.) The additional day is the base rate without discounts.

PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the community and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.

LAUNDRY SUPPLIES
Laundry Amenities: This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. (Unless its stated otherwise in the description or amenities)
Starter Laundry Supplies: We provide a number of laundry pods and dryer sheets for your initial laundry needs.
Extra Cost: Please note that these laundry supplies are provided at an additional cost, which is not included in your booking fee.
Guest Responsibility: Should you require more laundry supplies during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing them.

MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first.

PETS
We do not allow pets, if a pet is present we will charge a $150 per day fee

PARTIES
The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200

SECURITY
We have on site security. If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.

CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.

EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
