This is the perfect spot for a couple looking to enjoy Downtown Flagstaff and everything Northern Arizona has to offer! Whether you're in Flagstaff for work or play, you'll find this lofted studio has everything you may need for the weekend or a month long stay!

You'll love all the light that floods into this home with the soaring ceilings and large windows! The lofted bedroom has a comfortable queen sized Tuft and Needle mattress with ample storage space to allow you to truly unpack and feel at home during those longer stays! The bedroom has a standard ceiling height so you can stand comfortably and will not feel cramped.

For those that can resist the temptations of Flagstaff's delicious and plentiful restaurants, there is a fully equipped kitchen! The kitchen is perfect for those that like to prepare their own meals during their stay. Just add food and your own unique cooking style! The kitchen also includes a french press coffee maker, kettle, and coffee grinder! There is also a dishwasher to help keep you focused on enjoying your stay!

You'll find that the mini split keeps the home comfortable all year long. The large comfortable couch offers ample space to stretch out while streaming a movie on the smart TV or taking a nap! The couch also converts to a bed to allow for flexible sleeping options!

NoHo is of the more sought after neighborhoods in Flagstaff. The proximity to Downtown Flagstaff, Buffalo park, Ice Rink and an extensive trail system cannot be beat! The loft has parking in front of the unit, in the driveway, for 1 car.

This home was built in the spring of 2022 and hosted its first guests in the summer of 2022! This new home was lovingly built with the guest experience in mind!

The spiral staircase is the only way to reach the lofted bedroom.

Groundskeeping is performed on the 3rd Monday of the month
