It was our second time staying here while in town visiting family. It was large enough for 2 humans and 1 dog for a few nights. Lovely to be able to walk around the neighborhood. Jean was very responsive when we had a question.

In town for a few

We needed a central location and this checked our boxes. We could walk to attractions and downtown isn’t far either. It is a nice spot, cozy, and worked well for what we were needing. Also, it’s close to the hwy if you need to get around.

The property was quite clean & very nice. It was a big plus being in a great neighborhood with charming houses so close to downtown. The only negative is that the listing mentioned a hot tub, which doesn't exist. Other than that it was great.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this pet friendly carriage house on benefit street! Off-street parking was ideal. Easy walk to north Main Street restaurants and bars. We were comfortable staying here.

The property is located on a historic street within a 15-30 minute walk to RISD, Brown, Whole Foods, and a host of restaurants. The property was clean, quiet, and perfect for our stay!

Great location for Brown visitors

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at; very clean, comfortable place to live, like a "mini house" with your own privacy; a short walk to Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University, super convenient, We stayed for two weeks and will definitely come back again, next time we will stay longer.

Another fantastic stay

This is a beautiful, cozy space and perfect for events at Brown and other nearby colleges. It's so nice to have a washer/dryer, stove top, and full fridge. The property is exactly as listed. We'll stay here again!

Great location for visiting your RISD student

Property was clean, attractive, well managed and had everything I needed for a 5 night stay. Beds are comfortable but firm (if that’s not what you’re used to, maybe too firm.). Must be able to climb into a clawfoot tub, and a shelf for personal toiletries would be a nice addition. Would stay here again.

Perfect cozy studio near Brown University

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights while attending an event at Brown University. Property photos are very accurate. The place is lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to work with the very responsive property owner. We highly recommend this place!

Lovely studio near Brown University

This is our second time staying at this property. It's a cozy, very cute place that is perfect for events near the universities. The owner is very responsive and has done a great job of furnishing the studio with everything you need. We'll be back.

Great location for visiting RISD

Second time staying here, it remains a very clean, well run property, great location for visiting RISD. The house is quiet and has everything you need — great work space, outlets and chargers, space heater and fan, laundry with soap, basic toiletries, lots of appliances. The mattresses on the beds are FIRM, which is fine for me. Quality bedding and towels and plenty of them. Reasonable house rules and check out procedure. Easy walk to Whole Foods as well as restaurants.Owner is very responsive and answers questions promptly.

I would definitely recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay for Brown University/Providence area.We stayed at this location for our Anniversary trip. The place was nice, clean and in a good location to walk to different sites in the area. Parking was great and the host was easy to get a hold of, responded quickly and pleasant to speak with.A couple of things to take note of is that the bathroom is on the small side and the tub/shower are a little hard to get in and out of. A grab bar would possibly help. The lighting in the bathroom was dim even with both lights on and it was hard to see for applying makeup and doing hair. I would recommend possibly putting a full length mirror somewhere out in the main area where there is more light.The mattress on the larger bed was very firm and flat, but was ok to sleep on for a few nights.I would recommend it to others staying in the area.
