Welcome to Woodhaven 23, a charming 4-bedroom/3.5 bathroom corner/end unit townhome boasting over 1,800 sq ft of living space with stunning views of Mt. Morrisey and Todd Mountain.
This spacious and airy home features 4 bedrooms and a den, offering ample privacy for all guests. Upstairs, you’ll find three of the bedrooms, while the bottom level hosts the fourth bedroom and den.
With 3.5 bathrooms, getting ready in the morning is a breeze. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, is perfect for preparing meals, or you can grill some steaks on the outdoor BBQ while enjoying the breathtaking views.
The house features a large dining table that seats 8, along with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
There are two TV-watching areas, one in the combined living/dining area and another in the den. Additional amenities include in-suite laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
With its stunning views, modern amenities, and prime location, this home is perfect for creating cherished memories.

This property has two parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and 1 vehicle directly outside of the garage.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
