Cozy 750 sq foot one bedroom loft apartment above our attached garage. Guests have a covered parking spot near the foot of your stairs, with ample area for boat parking and a large circle drive. We are 1 mile from the nearest public boat ramp, 1.5 miles from the beautiful Moors Resort, 20 minutes from Grand Rivers and only 37 miles from the Quilt Museum in Paducah. We are close to restaurants and stores without being in the thick of the congested areas.

Private access with your controls for A/C and heat, along with a full kitchen and a relaxing living room. Enjoy fire pits when the weather allows and you have use of a charcoal grill. Relax in our 2 1/2 wooded acres - feed the fish in our pond and watch the deer from your deck. No worries about any power outages as our whole house generator will keep you comfortable in any weather.

Please realize that the stairway to the apartment is not suitable for small children or those with mobility problems. We ask that you do not smoke or vape inside the apartment and we regret but there are no pets allowed.
