The Purple Parrot Resort is a Key West style resort located on Perdido Key in northwest Florida. Just 3 minutes from the from the beautiful sugar white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort features a 5,ooo sq ft outdoor pool with waterfall and hot tub next to the Tiki Bar & Grill...a great place to hang out and listen to live music. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi building has his and her restrooms with shower, changing area and saunas. Plenty of amenities nearby including golf, fishing, marinas, shopping, great restaurants and theme/water parks.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, liked having an extra half bath. Host had flowers and wine on table when we arrived. Nice touch Will definitely stay again. Pool area awesome. This is our 3rd stay at The Purple Parrot

Truly could not be happier that we picked the captains cabin! Maureen texted check in info and it was a very smooth process once we got there. She had flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed as well. Close walking distance to the pool and a 2 minute drive from the beach. Would highly recommend the Captains cabin!

Phenomenal

Captains corner was delightful. Maureen was so responsive and kind. We had flowers waiting for us as well as a bottle of wine to welcome us. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed that it was a first level condo. We would absolutely stay again.

Purple Parrot Getaway

Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the resort. We were welcomed with a fresh bouquet of flowers and wine. Our condo was very clean and the decor was perfect. Nice walk-in shower was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time here at the property. Everything was very clean, check in was easy and the host was very helpful. The fresh flowers and complimentary wine was also a very nice touch! You won’t be disappointed if you book with Captain’s Cabin!

Fun Place

We stayed in the downstairs of Captain’s Cabin. The furnishings were lovely. Great shower. Purple Parrot has a fun resort feel. The pool area was the biggest hit. Fun looking in the day or night. Great little tiki bar with live music. If you didn’t want to leave you can cook in your room or food is available on site. I had a great burger and the chicken tenders were also good. Made it easy to just relax. The location is close to Johnson’s Beach. You have to drive there, but it is super close. We enjoyed our stay.

Captains cabin

I really enjoyed the captains cabin. Great location and very clean. Great access to the bar and pools. The host was very accommodating and made sure i made it to my place and checked in on me to make sure i was enjoying myself. Definitely recommend. Great for friends and family

30th Anniversary

The condo was very clean and cute. Very quiet and relaxing a great get away for our 30th anniversary. Maureen was very responsive to any issues and went above & beyond to make our 30th anniversary special. Would also recommend checking out Johnson Beach National Shores park. $25 gets you access for a week and the beach was absolutely beautiful.

It was very nice dealing directly with Maureen, the owner of the complex. She has helped to make it

The owner let us come in a few hours earlier than expected. She also stated that we could stay a couple days longer, because there was a serious storm coming. But, we decided to leave a day earlier than we had to. We have talked with her to possibly set up vacation for next year and she is aware that we will be waiting till later on in the summer to set anything up.

Great facilities all around!

We had a great time and facility was awesome. Our manager was Super! We had some bumps with check in. But not sure if it was on my side or vrbos. We didn’t receive check in procedures.

Captain's Cabin - unmatched hospitality!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this property! The host Maureen is amazing! She was quick to respond and checked in on us several times to make sure we were comfortable. The villa was immaculate and well stocked. Updated and clean! Having a washer/dryer was very convenient and the surprise ½ bath – bonus!! The complex was great, friendly staff at the tiki bar, live music, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools beautiful. The location was perfect, you are close to everything but never really needed to leave if you prefer to stay in. Highly recommend this condo and will be returning! I would be interested in purchasing when and if you are looking to sell. Thank you, Maureen we had a wonderful time!!

Captain’s Cabin is Perfect!

This is an updated cozy place to stay! The cabin was too cute and very clean! It’s located close enough but not too close to everything you want to do within the resort. We had a problem that really wasn’t one to us, but the management took care of it and was hands down THE best! Thank you, again! We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Unmatched cleanliness and hospitality.

The condo was immaculate. Everything was clean and well stocked, all appliances and amenities functioned properly, and the owner even took the time to make our trip extra special for my son by leaving him a birthday cake and balloon for his 5th birthday. We could not have been happier.

Beautiful Property & Wonderful Time!!

Our host was wonderful! She was super friendly and very quick to respond when we had questions. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient and all the neighbors we met coming and going were so nice. The tiki style bar and grill on-site was also convenient and had great food! Being able to sit in the hot tub or by the resort style pool with an adult beverage every evening was the absolute best. They had live bands, karaoke, trivia… something fun going on every evening. My adult children wanted to stay on-site for dinner, swimming, and entertainment rather than going out on the town or to the beach, LOL! Will absolutely be recommending this condo and will stay again if we ever come back to the area! Thank you ,Maureen, for such a wonderful time!!!
