This is a private guest house with its own private entrance and parking space. The main house is next door separate with a fence parking space.
Our guest house is great for your Federal Way or Puget Sound area visits whether it’s for family, business, vacation, or event stays.
It is a cute 2-bedroom rambler guesthouse with a separate driveway fenced off the main house.
It features a Roku TV to keep you entertained with Netflix, YouTube and more. Bring your own account.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and more cooking essentials to make a meal for your family.
The home has its own private parking and entry. There is a neighboring main home next door but aren’t connected to each other. The home parking is fenced off from each other and separated with an alley.

Any damages will incur a penalty. -Lost or misplaced a personal item, please contact us within 24 hours of departure. Guests are responsible for shipping costs. The host is not liable for lost items.
Parking & Access -Park in the designated space only. -The host is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
Amenities, Property Conditions & Guest Responsibilities -Host provides starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bag, toiletry supplies, and detergent. Thereafter, it is the guest's responsibility. -No smoking within 50 feet of the home. Fine: $600 plus any additional cleaning fees. -No illegal substances on the premises. Fine: $800 plus any additional cleaning fees. -No weapons or firearms allowed. Fine: $800. -No illegal activities (e.g., drug use, sex work, procuring sex work). Fine: $800 plus a possible $230 deep cleaning fee. -Respect quiet hours. -No parties, events, or gatherings of 8+ after quiet hours. Fine: $800 plus a $230 deep cleaning fee. -No urinating outside the bathroom. Fine: $600 plus any additional cleaning fees. -Tampering with locks or cameras incurs a $600 fine per device plus any additional damages. -Do not move furniture. Any damages will result in a penalty.
Guest Eligibility & Occupancy -Local bookings from guests are allowed with approval from the host. -The number of guests must match the number of registered guests. Violations may result in a $150 fine per unregistered person.
General -Guests agree to all listed amenities at the time of booking. Unlisted or unavailable amenities cannot be held against the host. Reviews mentioning the unlisted are voided. -Backyard space is not for guest use and is not part of home amenities. -A rented main house is next door, separated by a fence. Please refer to the listing for more details. -The host reserves the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to follow house rules. No refunds will be given. -No animals allowed. Violation incurs a $250 fine per pet plus a $230 deep cleaning fee.
Pest Control Notice -The property is treated regularly for pests, including ants, insects, mice, roaches, and other wildlife. -No refunds will be issued due to sightings of pests or wildlife (e.g., ants, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, pack rats, snakes, etc.).
Landlord’s Liability -The Tenant and their guests indemnify and hold the Landlord harmless against all claims of personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from use of the premises. -The Landlord’s insurance does not cover Tenant’s personal property. -Tenants are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for personal belongings and guest liability.

The rental setup was exactly how it's described in the listing. We were surprised on how spacious it was for 3 adults. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location was perfect for our stay. This house was exactly as described. Three adults – a couple and one single – stayed for a weekend and it was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. Walking distance to grocery store, 10 minutes from Dash Point.

Hidden gem
We were extremely impressed by this guest house. It was perfect for our family of 4. Very convenient location to the aquatic center near by where our son was swimming for the weekend. This place exceeded our expectations! Definitely going to stay again when we’re back in the area.

Perfect for families
I booked this stay for me and my 2 kids while we are in the process of getting a place. It was absolutely perfect for us. The place had everything we could ever need and it was exactly like the pictures show. If this place was available for rent I would 100% rent it that’s how perfect it is. It so close to everything you’d ever want like Fred Meyer and Trader Joe’s.

Clean, I was a little confused with the address for 2 homes. It was hard to see apt B.
You might want to add a can opener and a pair of scissors in the kitchen.
Bed was comfortable. We cooked most meals there and used the provided dishes.

Do not let the outside of the house fool you. It does appear to be an outside storage building/garage. Inside is clean, plenty of towels & kitchen items. The beds are a little on the firm side. The couch is in need to be replaced as you feel the springs when you sit on it. All the rooms have units in them. We struggled to get the master working (could be user error). The backyard, you do not have access to, was in need of mowing. We found a couple spiders in the house during our stay. The neighborhood is older. Easy access in the house & you have your own side of the driveway to park.
