Welcome to Trapper's Landing 29, an ultra spacious and bright 4-bedroom/3.5 bathroom corner townhome. This home is pet friendly, so feel free to bring your fuzzy family members.
Entering from the ground level, you'll be greeted with the open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a half bathroom (AKA powder room). The vaulted ceilings allow for huge windows that allow in tons of natural sunlight and gorgeous views.
The dining area has seating for 6 at the table and another 3 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep.
Just off of the dining area is a large balcony with BBQ.
Enjoy the warm, comfortable living room with plenty of seating, a large flatscreen TV, and cozy stone fireplace.
The top level features the master bedroom, with a desk and chair perfect for remote working if required, an ensuite bathroom, and private balcony. On this floor is also the second and third bedrooms, and the main full bathroom.
The bottom level features the fourth bedroom, in-suite laundry room with a washer and dryer, and the sleeping den that also doubles as another living area. It's the perfect spot for your kids or teens to hang out while the adults enjoy entertaining upstairs.
Just off of the den is access to your patio with private hot tub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure on the slopes.

This property has up to 3 parking spaces available. 1 vehicle can park in the garage, suitable for a car or small SUV, and up to 2 vehicles can park directly outside of the garage in front of the property.
This property is pet friendly. It allows up to 1 large dog, OR up to 2 small dogs.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence will incur penalties.
