Sunny Ocean City condo steps from the beach and Seacrets

Come stay in this cozy condo, only a one-minute walk to the beach! Plenty of great restaurants and nightlife within a few short blocks, including Seacrets and Coconuts, two of Ocean City’s most popular beach bars/night spots! Also an easy walk to the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, which hosts tons of fun events all year round.

You will have the entire condo to yourself, which includes a kitchenette with a small fridge and freezer, stove top, microwave, toaster, and Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea. Queen-sized bed sleeps two, and the large pull-out sofa can also convert into a bed that comfortably sleeps two.

High-speed wifi and a Roku TV are available for your use, as well as a closet full of beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards (including kid-sized boards), sand toys and a cooler. Bed linens and a bath towel for each guest are provided - just bring your own beach towels and you’re all set!

Condo was great for a one night stay! Very close to the beach and other attractions like Seacrets, Coconuts, and Fager's Island. Is very small, but is advertised as such, so we knew what to expect.

Oceans calling

It was the perfect stay! Just what we needed! Very clean and the owner was very communicative and friendly! It’s also a very short walk to the beach which was awesome! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect beach getaway

First time going to ocean city and this condo made it a great experience. Owners were very helpful and communicative. They responded very quickly to any questions that we had.

assume

The host assumed we had checked out because our car was still in the parking spot at ll am without even checking the property,really ? I guess what they say about "when you assume "is certainly applicable here .

Hi David - our check-out time for the condo is 11:00AM, and is clearly stated in the message we send to our guests the night before they check-out. It also states that our cleaning staff will be arriving at the unit shortly thereafter, and thus will need to use the assigned parking space. According to our chat thread in the VRBO app, we sent a message to you at 11:34 simply asking (not assuming) if you had checked out of the unit yet, because our cleaner had arrived and your car was still parked in the assigned spot, which also needs to be vacated at 11:00. You never replied to that message, or to any of the messages we sent you during your stay, so we are not quite clear on what you mean by “assuming” here. Engaging in communication with your hosts could have completely avoided any such perceived misunderstanding. Regardless, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay.
