Luxury, Ski In/Out 3BR, private hot tub Silver Star Town Home

This multi-level, 1,900 square foot townhome is located at the Silver Star base area of Park City Mountain. With its own lift access to the resort (subject to PCMR operation), this three bedroom unit is situated within a quaint community of townhomes, condos, and stand alone cottages. Guests have on-site access to private ski lockers, a rental shop, the Silver Star Cafe, a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center and heated underground parking. The unit also provides a private hot tub for the exclusive use of our guests.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SILVER STAR LIFT IS OPERATED BY PCMR AND TYPICALLY OPENS SOMETIME AFTER CHRISTMAS, DEPENDING ON SNOW, STAFF AND PCMR OPERATIONS OVER WHICH WE HAVE NO CONTROL.

This unit at Silver Star has a gourmet kitchen with top of the line Viking appliances, a gas fire place, air conditioning, WIFI, washer and dryer, central humidifier and an outdoor BBQ grill.

Bedroom layout:

Master (upper level): King bed with private bath, jetted tub and twin sleeper sofa.

Second bedroom (lower level): King bed and private bath.

Third bedroom (upper level): Queen bed with twin sleeper sofa.

Silver Star is located just minutes from Park City's Main Street. Guests can access a shuttle or city transit just steps away. In addition, the unit is located at the trailhead of the Armstrong Trail for world-class mountain biking and hiking trails.

Wonderful Stay - Fabulous Location

Perfect location for a family get away. Lots of space, easy to get in contact with the owner, and the private hot tub after a day on the slopes was a dream come true.

Perfect slope side getaway!

From the moment we booked Steve’s communications were outstanding and the house was exactly as we’d hoped for our ski trip with family / friends! Location was perfect to hop on the silver star lift and closeness to town for shopping and great nights out! We’ll definitely be back - highly recommend!

Property was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Wish this were a bit closer to the lift but not a far walk at all. Issues with ski locker was noted, but not under control of the host.

Great location

We had a great family vacation, skiing at Park City. Easy access to Silver Star lift. Walk to ski shop and great cafe nearby. Easily get around town with property shuttle.

Absolutely amazing place and location. Almost wanted to stay silent so this great place doesn’t become too well known! Location was superb and the owners we great to work with - responsive, descriptive. Really, really well organized. Property is very nice and the Silver Star location is outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Great condo in Park City/Silver Star

Great condo, great building. Incredibly easy access onto the mountain at Silver Star. All the amenities you would need are provided. Clean, well kept and very responsive host and management team. Great stay and would recommend it and stay here again!

Excellent Ski-in and Out Location with 5 Star Amenities

Beautiful condo, well appointed with everything you need - very comfortable beds and bedding, nice kitchen, nice living space suitable for large group, and convenient location adjacent to Silver Star Lift and Cafe. Unit includes heated ski locker next to lift which was awesome and underground parking with direct access to unit.

Fantastic ski trip!

The house was fantastic in an ideal location. Chair lift, ski rentals, and a restaurant were all within walking distance for my husband and I and our 5 children, ages 6-16. The house had everything we needed for cooking dinners, relaxing by the gas fireplace, and the bed arrangements were great. The heated and covered garage was a huge help as we got a ton of snow. The outdoor hot tub was a fun treat after a long day of skiing. We would definitely come back!

Mardi Gras 2024 Ski Trip

Townhouse was very comfortable, clean, kitchen was well-stocked with any and every pot/pan that would be needed to cook. Location was literally a few minutes walk to Silver Star lift. We a small HVAC issue that was immediately taken care of by the property managers. Both were very responsive and the directions given by Stephen before our trip for access to the unit, etc. was very detailed. I would 100% stay at that unit again.

What a nice stay!!

The property was very comfortable. The instructions were impeccable and very timely. The silver star shuttle service was so convenient. Never needed a car. When we had a small hiccup with the freezer both owner and property manager were immediately responsive and got it fixed immediately. There was a great ski locker that was right next to shuttle stops. Absolutely no complaints. Thanks Stephen

Amazing location and all NEW stuff!

New towels, new coffee machine, all new kitchen supplies, utensils, plates, bowls etc! Most SilverStar units are using coffee machines from 12 years ago. Not this one!!! This felt much cleaner and better cared for compared to the many many other units we have rented at Silver Star.

Best Place in Park City Mountain!!!

Look no further!! This is the ultimate ski resort condo. This by far has been our favorite!! We had an amazing stay here! Spacious, very clean condo with beautiful views! Close proximity to everything!! Short walk to ski lifts, walking distance to restaurants and Main Street!! If you don’t want to walk the free shuttle is right out front!! Beds and pillows 5star and are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking or grilling needs and viking appliances! We couldn’t ask for a better host with prompt communication, very personable and kind! 5star all the way around!! Perfect for those families or couples on and off the slopes!! We will be return renters!! Thanks again!

Awesome location

The location was awesome, we have visited Park City many times and this was our first time at Silver Star. Easy walk to town, hiking available behind the house and a really great restaurant on property. The home itself was well stocked and fit our family of 4 + Nana really comfortably. Perfect for a family!

Great Location

This property has access to both the silver star lift via a short walk and the base via a 3 minute drive. You can walk to the base as well. We had some nice weather and took a 20 min walk into downtown. There is pool access and a nice hot tub at the townhome.

Excellent Park City Vacation

We had an outstanding Spring Break week at this property. A short walk to the Silver Star lift, and just minutes from Main Street. The property manager was responsive and helpful.
