Modern Mountain Home- Family Friendly Close to Moose Pond / Pleasant Mountain

Our brand new 3 Bedroom/ 2 Full Bath modern styled home is the perfect location for a mountain to lake getaway located only 5 minutes from Pleasant Mountain (Shawnee Peak) ski mountain, 2 minutes from Moose Pond boat ramp, and less than 30 minutes from North Conway, NH. Kick back on the rocking chairs and relax on the front porch in the peace and quiet, or start a fire in the backyard and sit around our custom campfire pit (to be enjoyed seasonally). This home is a family friendly environment, made to make enjoyable memories!
Guest access
There are two locked doors in the house, which aren't available for guests. Besides that the entire space is for guests to enjoy!
Other things to note:
This home is not a party home. This is a space for respectable individuals and families to come up and enjoy vacation. This is also our vacation home and we have personal belongings on the property, please be respectful of our personal belongings.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Modern, well appointed and very comfortable. We were five women, 60, visiting Maine from Massachusetts to see our friend who moved to Harrison a few years ago. Your home was absolutely perfect for us. It was not too far from Harrison. We will definitely look for your listing again in the future when we go back up to visit with her.

This house is very modern and was spotlessly clean. It is very “SMART” and even though one of our party was an electrical engineer we struggled to work TV. Think this a brand new home. Needs some additional items…ie chair in one bedroom, better reading lights etc. But very comfortable and good location for Lakes Region. Definitely instructions for TV! Great family home with creative sandbox and toys!

New England Road Trip

Jennifer was amazing. My family and I were on the road for 10 days, she reached out to me personally to ensure I was able to get into the property. I found her service to be first class. The property was wonderful! My kids loved playing corn hole, and it is just a short drive to Moose pond.

The Best!

Holy cow this place was amazing! Brand new home, or so it seemed, as we felt like we were the first ones to stay there. So clean and pristine. A lot of smart features that make it really really cool. The projector TV is the bomb. Awesome fire pit outback. No complaints, it had everything we needed. As far as location, it was a great jumping point for anything you want to do in the Maine and New Hampshire area. New Hampshire (Conway) is only 30 minutes away. Ogunquit and Marginal Way (must see) is two hours. Tons of restaurants to choose from. Downtown Bridgton is really cute and has great breakfast joints and restaurants. Naples is a great marina community. There are lakes everywhere! We got captain Anthony with his pontoon boat from chartermaine.org and it was the best day on Sebago Lake. Host Jennifer was super fast and friendly at responding to any questions. Highly recommend her place!

Wedding in Denmark

This property was perfect for our needs, 5-adults. Every detail well done. Beds were very comfortable, and plenty of space for all. We had 4 other family members come by for snacks, and the space was very roomy. The projector TV was a huge hit with our guys!

Outstanding stay close to Bridgton

We stayed here for a long weekend with our small family (2 kids under 6) to visit our old summer camp—the house was absolutely perfect. Everything was pristine and the house was very nicely appointed. The main living room/kitchen is a great hang-out room during the day and the second and third bedrooms are close enough to the master that there was no need to bring a baby monitor (a plus!). Backyard was great — kids loved it (plus all of the toys). Very close to Bridgton, Naples and a bunch of the summer camps in the area. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions. Overall, an outstanding stay!

Felt like our own home!

This place was both minimalistic/clutter-free yet homey, comfortable and had all we needed, including cookware, etc. everything was clean, organized and the hosts were super responsive to any minor issues or questions. The opportunity to use their paddleboard was an additional bonus! We would love to come back again in the summer or would use it as a ski house in winter. Thanks for the great week!

Moose Pond Weekend

An absolutely beautiful home. Clean, comfortable, brand new, all amenities included. Very convenient location to pleasant mtn, moose pond, Bridgton. We stayed a couple nights while visiting friends on Moose Pond. We’ll definitely be back this winter and next summer! Jen was a great host. Excellent communication and expectations.

Perfect little getaway

This place had everything we needed for a long ski weekend. Super close to mt. Pleasant. The house was extremely comfortable, updated, and clean and had plenty to keep kids and adults entertained on cold days. The host was very quick in responding to questions we had while there. We had a great stay!
