Perfect Choice

After a difficult year having lost my mom, had 5 surgeries from a cancer that returned and a broken neck, I needed a place where I could rest while my husband took a week of classes at Gunsight. This place was perfect. I set up my sewing studio in the office, my Bible study station on the dining table and my rest and relax place on the reclining loveseat. The bed in the master was really comfortable and the entire house was one of the best we have used for supplies and appliances. The hosts who lived next door were away most of our stay, but the only 2 times I had questions the text was answered within minutes.

Beautiful Views and Home

We enjoyed this home in Chino Valley during spring break. We were able to visit the Grand Canyon and other landmarks while we stayed. The home was well stocked for a family and was plenty of space for my wife and three kids. We enjoyed watching the chickens in the morning and the dozen eggs the owner delivered upon our arrival. Thank you for making us feel welcome!!

Perfect quick getaway!!

Oh my goodness. This property was simply perfect for our quick trip to Prescott for a gymnastics meet. We tagged along to help with my new granddaughter. the set up for the house was perfect. They had their end with the baby, and we had our "wing". Super clean, super comfy, and there's CHICKENS!! Such a cute property!! If we have the need to return, and need a place this size, they will definitely be hearing from us!!THANK YOU!!

Absolutely wonderful!

We were SO happy with this property! Paul and Reshel were great hosts - the home was clean, comfortable, spacious and beautiful! The location was great too - very easy to get around Chino Valley and an easy drive down to Prescott. We will DEFINITELY stay here again if we're in the area!!

Near Windmill House Wedding Venue

The owners live in the home next door. They came and introduced themselves, and extended every courtesy as if we were new neighbors. I had a dilemma on a steam iron, and the owner located and let me borrow an extension cord. Lifesaver for steaming my daughter's wedding dress! One thing to note when booking this property,checkout time is 10 AM. Property was beautiful, well-kept and well stocked with kitchen extras. Thanks so much for having us.

Great space love outdoor seating and the ranch style community.

This was a cute place , simple and quiet area which is amazing. We saw antelope in the fields grazing with the front porch view. Also spacious area for family to gather .

Wedding weekend

We had guests from IL with us for the Wedding of my granddaughter at the Windmill house in Chino Valley. I was amazed I could get such a lovely place only 6 minutes away from the venue! It was perfect and so comfortable and homey. Check in and check out we’re so easy. Loved seeing all the antelopes in the fields and of course all the chickens. One would watch me when I had the bathroom window open, lol! Thanks so much Paul and Reshel. Would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful property and hosts

The property is as described with a feeling of being home. The house has everything you need to your comfort and daily life activities. Paul and Reshel are super nice, leave you alone, but are always happy to chat. They provided us a very nice experience and I feel grateful for their hospitality and care.

Wonderful weekend

We really enjoyed this house and property! They have wonderful garden and chickens which we loved, and we got some produce to take home! This is a fantastic place to stay, house was so cozy and comfortable, slept better there rhan at home! We will be back.

Amazing

This property was everything it claimed to be and more! It was in close proximity to everything, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Any time I contacted Paul, he reaponded quickly and was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Great Host, Great Place in Chino Valley

We stayed at Paul and Reshel’s place for a week and we absolutely loved it. Place is immaculate, 5 minutes away from Safeway, 20 min away from Prescott. Kitchen is perfect, coach in living room is awesome and all appliances are very much new and work perfectly. AC was running strong and kept us from the crazy heat we had between July 15 and 22. We will be back and can’t Thank our host again for the extra cleaning they did for our son who has very bad allergies. Thank You.
