The place was lovely. The host went above and beyond to help me get some special items I had purchased at a show during our stay and accidentally left behind. We would definitely stay here again when we travel to the area to see shows at DPAC.

The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to us. The place is really pretty inside, very clean and full of lots of thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishware, etc. which was especially nice because we did most of our eating there. Would definitely stay again!

Acerca de su propietario/a

Propietario/a: Theresa Olson

Imagen de perfil del propietario o de la propietaria
Hi! I’m Theresa. Originally from Wisconsin, I made North Carolina my home about 10 years ago and have fallen in love with everything this area has to offer.
I’m a local Realtor, so I enjoy helping people discover the best of the Triangle—from great restaurants and charming downtowns to parks, hiking trails, and hidden local favorites. If you’re looking for recommendations during your stay, I’m always happy to help!
I love traveling internationally, exploring new cultures, and spending time outdoors—especially if it involves dining al fresco. At home, you’ll usually find me with my mini Labradoodle, Tetley, who keeps life fun and full of personality.
As a dual U.S. and U.K. citizen, I’ve always enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds, and hosting has become one of my favorite things. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space where you can truly relax and feel at home. Whether you’re visiting for business, a family vacation, or simply exploring the area, I’m honored you’ve chosen to stay here and hope you have a wonderful experience!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I chose this neighborhood because it has so much character. The home has a cozy cottage feel that immediately makes you feel welcome, and the location is one of its best features. You’re just minutes from downtown, where you’ll find wonderful local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and community events. I love that guests can enjoy the charm of a quiet neighborhood while still being close to everything the area has to offer. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and local charm.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What makes this home stand out is the thought and care that went into creating it. My goal wasn’t just to provide a place to stay—it was to create a place that truly feels like home. I tried to think of all the little comforts that make a difference when you’re traveling, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy spaces where you can relax after a day of exploring.

One thing that was especially important to me was choosing high-quality, comfortable mattresses. I’ve stayed in beautiful homes with uncomfortable beds, and I know how much that can affect your trip. A great night’s sleep can make all the difference, so I wanted my guests to wake up feeling rested and ready to enjoy their stay. My hope is that you’ll feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home from the moment you arrive.
