Gorgeous House By The River For A Large Group

This beautifully renovated, uniquely decorated 5 bedroom home is located amidst the redwoods in a lovely, quieter neighborhood just 4 minute drive from town and a short 3-minute walk to river access. Enjoy the lovely open kitchen, dining room, living room space that flows out onto the front deck with additional seating, two cozy day beds and a 6 person hot tub. Heads up... lots of stairs, no bbq and no tv at the house. But the wifi is strong for streaming.
The space
The space has a large washer and dryer. There are two flights of stairs up to the living space, and then the living space has two floors. We do not have a TV as we wanted to create a place to "unplug." But we do have strong Xfinity wifi if you want to bring your devices to stream.

Note: our cleaning fee is high because the house is large and our wonderful, professional cleaners get paid a living wage. Because the house is large, we also have departure requests that include stripping beds and starting laundry. Please understand that this is all necessary to get the house turned around on a timely basis.
