Granville is one of those neighborhoods that just feels like home the moment you arrive. Tucked away in the Prescott Valley, it offers peaceful streets, beautifully maintained homes, and wide-open skies that light up at sunrise and glow pink at sunset. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with tree-lined sidewalks perfect for morning walks or evening strolls under the stars.
One of my favorite things about Granville is how connected it feels—close to the heart of Prescott, but far enough away to really relax. There are community parks, walking trails, and even a clubhouse with pools and fitness options if you’re looking for a little more activity. Whether you’re watching the monsoon clouds roll in over the mountains or sipping coffee on the patio with a cool breeze, the pace here is slower in the best way.

The backyard features your own private putting green, perfect for some friendly competition or just brushing up your short game while soaking in the Arizona sun. We’ve also added bag toss games (cornhole) for a laid-back way to enjoy the outdoors with friends or family. It’s the kind of yard that invites you to kick back, laugh, and make memories.
It’s the little extras—like how spotless the place is when you arrive, the peaceful neighborhood setting, and the fun backyard touches—that we think really set our place apart. We want you to feel like you’re staying somewhere special, not just another rental.
