This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is steps from downtown Auburn and Auburn University.

Burton Place is a central yet quiet complex in the middle of Auburn. You can't beat the combination of proximity and peace.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

New linen, furniture updates, parking provided, laundry in the unit, pets welcome, and a complex pool are just a few of the amenities.

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

This is managed by a seasoned company who has 20+ units in Auburn. If you need to travel to Auburn please let us know if you have questions or need different dates than are open on the calendar. Looking for restaurant recommendations or things to do in the area? We are happy to help! We want to make your trip as pleasant as possible!

2nd time staying at this location. It is in a great spot in town - an easy walk to anything in downtown Auburn or on campus. Unit is clean and well stocked!

Great location

Convenient to Toomers corner. Nice quiet 2nd floor unit. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony in the evening when it cooled off.

Perfect spot

We were in town for my son's CWE and we couldn't have found a nicer place. The apartment was great with amazing Auburn touches and you could not beat the location. Walking distance to the main hub of town. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable, Close to Everything

The beds were very comfortable and the extra power strips by the bedsides were appreciated. A very quiet neighborhood close to everything. We are so thankful to have safe, clean and comfortable places to stay when we visit Auburn.

Perfect location!

The location could not have been better! Just park the car and walk everywhere on Main Street, campus, and more. To be fair, we had a hiccup during our stay but the owner was amazing and went above and beyond to make it right.

Excellent location for conference!

Well maintained and quiet (even though Auburn won the BB game in the NCAA tournament Saturday night). This unit is in the back of the complex and is an end unit . Walking distance of everything we needed and didn't know we wanted. We attended a conference at the Hotel at Auburn and this was an excellent place to stay and be able to "get away" from the conference crowd and still walk to the venue.

I have rented properties numerous times from Magnolia Linen – every experience has been very positive and this stay was no different. A great location just a couple blocks from campus. A very easy walk. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Was VERY pleased with everything.

Perfect condo for an Auburn weekend

A great condo for a weekend of Auburn basketball! It was a bit far for my older parents to walk to the arena, but totally doable. We walked to and from the game. Really walkable to downtown. The apartment was nice and clean. My only complaint is that with 2 bedrooms, I wish it would have had 2 parking passes. There were so many open spaces beside us but we had to pay to park one car in the parking garage since we only got 1 pass. Overall it was a great place and I would definitely stay here again!

War Eagle fans!

The position of the apt was great. Close to Publix and Toomer's. Walkable to the stadium. The apt was nice. Positioned on the end so no noisy neighbors.Very safe area. The apt was nice. The bed was hard in our bedroom. New mattress and boxspring. Nothing a mattress topper wont fix. A good mixing bowl would have been useful.

Cute Condo

We enjoyed this condo, the location is perfect for walking to downtown but it’s located just far enough that you don’t get all of the noise. I think it needed a few more pots and pans in the kitchen but we wanted to enjoy the local restaurants so it wasn’t an issue for us. The bathrooms were well stocked and we loved the cute decor. Will definitely stay here again.
