This Pop of Color home is a fun stay with 3 Bedrooms (4beds)/ 2BA and will accommodate up to 8 guests. Equipped with a workout space to stay fit. Located just 1 block from the University of Redlands, 4 min from Downtown, 12 min to National Orange Show, near restaurants, shopping, wedding venues, and casinos, its the perfect location for families & friends. Gated 2-4 car carport and street parking. Our home is located behind another property of ours. It has its own gated yard and parking with both alley and street access. Equipped with a full kitchen, 2 full baths, workout space, complimentary shower essentials, a welcome kit of snacks and water, games and cards, an outdoor space to relax and cook and much more. Come enjoy our Little Pop of Color in the Alley. Minimal checkout requirements!

Fun, clean, convenient!

Stayed for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Redlands. The house was very clean and decorated to create a fun, relaxing atmosphere. The Ms. Pac-Man game was a hit! The house is walking distance to the University and just minutes from downtown Redlands and all it has to offer. The hosts were attentive, welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Redlands!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time! Me and some friends stayed for our college reunion at the nearby University of Redlands. The kitchen was a great size for group cooking and the outdoor space was great to unwind in. The proximity to the University is a huge plus and made walking back and forth over the weekend a breeze. Thank you!

Great stay

The condition of the property was excellent, as was the location. We wanted 3 bedrooms for the three of us and wanted to be close to the University of Redlands. A carport for the car right next to the entrance was really excellent, especially given the rain. The owners answered my many queries and took care of requests almost instantly. Would highly recommend this property! .

Easy & convenient

This place was adequately outfitted & user friendly. The carport was great to be able to pull right up. The hosts were great communicating & it was so close to everything in the area. Easy ride to casino; Oak Glen for wedding & in town cute coffee shops & shopping. Truly enjoyed.

Very Clean 4 Bedroom Home

Our first time renting a home and was very happy with the experience. The Homeowners are very professional; communicated with us throughout the entire process and it was seamless. The house was very clean; loved the bright/fun decor; fully stocked kitchen; new appliances; loved the fire pit. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice property

This home is super clean and well appointed. You won’t be disappointed. We especially liked the main TV room as it had plenty of seating and was a great place to watch a movie together. All the beds were as advertised and the bathrooms were very good. Thank You!

Good stay good location

We had a very good say at the property. Cassaundra and Charleen are very good hosts. Excellent communication, everything was clean and orderly, the fans in the bedrooms were awesome. It was very nice having the privacy and security that the enclosed gate provided. The property was very close to the venue for the wedding that we were attending so that was an added bonus. Should I need to visit the area again I will certainly check to see if the property is available.

Wonderful!!

We came from Atlanta to visit family. I make this trip every year and this house might be my favorite yet. It was not only beautiful but quiet, clean and private. The gate provided a sense of security and seclusion that was very comforting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen provided all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book here again. 1000 thanks to Cassaundra & Charleen for providing such a welcoming space.
