We also appreciate your suggestions for improvement- I do want to mention that all our guests are encouraged to report anything during their stay so we can make it right! We want your stay to be perfect!! If we had known the baby gate was broken, we would have delivered a new one to you the same day. So please do not ever be hesitant to reach out to us!. A new refrigerator is being delivered tomorrow thanks to your report of a broken drawer -- we always act quickly to fix anything that bothers our guests. And thank you for reporting the roaches. We use Truly Nolen monthly for pest prevention, but sometimes the bugs get through, especially with the excessive heat. Please know that we are trying our best to keep the bugs out!
