When we got there it was extremely hot like there was something wrong with the AC. About 1 hr after someone came out to check on it and fixed it. Instantly we had AC and it was great. No complaints after. We were in and out without any issues. Thank you so much! Definitely will return on our next time in El Paso.

There were bugs in the master bedroom, the only small light in the master was not even connected and the wire had bite marks and was chewed up. The master's shower was not draining and the water was stopped up, showering in two inches of drain water every time we showered. The kitchen sink cabinet had mold inside. The a/c and the water heater worked really well. There was a lot of dirt on all the window sills. The outside garbage can was almost full when we showed up, and there weren't enough trash bags for the kitchen can.

This mid-century style home offers a clean and comfortable living experience with several modern upgrades. The property features three bedrooms with newer carpet, freshly painted walls, and newly installed flooring throughout the common areas. The furniture was clean and well-maintained. A good HVAC system efficiently cools the home, and the gas stove is a great addition for those who enjoy cooking. The spacious dining room allows for easy entertaining and family gatherings. Laundry appliances (washer and dryer) are functional, though the laundry door is currently broken.A few minor details to note:Some dust was present on the blinds and bathroom window sills.Backyard is unlandscaped, but there's a park conveniently located across the street, providing outdoor recreation nearby.Overall, this is a solid property with good bones and updates in place—just a few minor touches needed to make it shine.

Very nice house that had everything we needed for the weekend. Easy to get around El Paso to and from. Clean, comfortable, and just the right size. Everything advertised was provided. Thanks for a great weekend.

Nice but not clean and needs work

We stayed at this property for 5 nights for a family event. The property is nice but better cleaning, some repairs and some updating is sorely needed,The positives: The location and neighborhood are great! The house is spacious and attractively decorated. The kitchen was large and has good major appliances. The bedrooms were a nice size with fairly comfortable beds. The bathrooms are small size, but functional. The host was very responsive. The negatives: The place wasn’t properly cleaned. The floors and most of the surfaces were dusty and gritty. The bathroom rugs were not freshly washed. Many of the dishes had stuck on food or lipstick on them. We had to wash everything before we used it. The bathrooms and kitchen really need updating. The showerheads couldn't be adjusted and weren't installed in the wall properly. One of the toilets didn't flush well and clogged a couple of times. The kitchen cabinets were in bad shape with doors and drawers that wouldn't stay closed. The garbage disposal didn't work and the sink it is in drained very slowly. Minor negatives: Comfortable seating in the living room was sparse. The A/C was very loud, especially in one of the bedrooms. Not enough towels were provided. We had to do laundry halfway through our stay. We go to El Paso twice a year and were hoping to find a place to stay repeatedly. I doubt we would stay here again is it is. We might try it again if it was cleaned better and some repairs and updates were made.
