Top floor condo, King bed, great location!

Experience all that Traverse City has to offer with this perfectly located private condo! Sitting alongside the TART recreational trail, this is a short walk, bike, or car ride from many attractions. Whether you are coming to Traverse City for the downtown area, beaches, wineries, golf, hiking, or anything else, we are only a few minutes away!

This west facing unit allows you to catch a great sunset from our top floor balcony. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and 50-inch tv. The living room couch pulls out into a queen-sized bed and has a 50-inch tv as well. Cable is available in the living room and both tv's allow you to log into multiple streaming services. There is a desk to create a designated workspace and the WIFI is very reliable. While Traverse City has countless great restaurants, the kitchen is fully functional with all the utensils and necessities you need during your stay.

Guests will have full access to washer and dryer.

With our property being located on the TART trail, it is a popular destination for bikers! We have a secured room to store your bike in right down the hall from our unit.

Couples getaway

Great location right off the TART! Enjoyed some time on the bikes but also the apartment was a great home base to lots of other sights around the area. Comfortable bed, super clean, nice space to enjoy at the end of the day!

Urban Oasis

If you’re looking for a place that will be a hub for your adventure, look no further. Our hosts made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to explore. Super easy check in and if you’re looking for vineyards in the area, check out Bonobo. The views are spectacular and the staff is amazing. Reservations are recommended for dining, and the food we had was exceptional. I would wholeheartedly recommend this condo for your next adventure. Life is short; book it!

Overall we liked where we stayed. The condo is new and tidy. The location was convenient for everything we did. It was easy to check in. There is no dresser or anywhere to really unpack if you’re staying more than a few days, just a small closet connected between the bathroom and bedroom. We felt some of the amenities needed to be restocked as we needed to buy toilet paper on day 1. There was also no laundry detergent. Lastly, there are smart tv’s but they’re password protected so we couldn’t add any of our apps like Hulu to watch while we were there hanging out. These were pretty small issues, so overall we were happy with our stay.

Very clean! Not close walking distance from downtown TC.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights during the Cherry Festival, and had a great time! The main reasons for rating our stay 3 stars is due to proximity to downtown Traverse city, as well as basic amenities we are used to during our VRBO stays, that we unfortunately did not experience here. The listing states drive time from the condo is 3 minutes to downtown, it’s actually about 10 min and walking time is 30-35 minutes. Not what we expected. The condo was not stocked with basic toiletries. Though the listing does say soap & shampoo would be provided, no shampoo or soap for the shower was available. Only hand soap. Bathroom had a single roll of toilet paper. Only one pod was provided for the Keurig. The condo was very clean, and there was a lot of spare bedding. Hosts were responsive and informative leading up to our stay. TC is is a popular location & we booked during one of the busiest times of year (Cherry Festival), so this was a pricey getaway. We would have appreciated more transparency around location/proximity to downtown, as well as basic amenities nearly all other VRBOs provide these days.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was easy to get in and out of and parking was readily available. Right on the bike trail and a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants but close enough to walk as well. Property was neat and clean. Very comfortable. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice launching pad to explore the area

The apartment was clean and well maintained. It is located right next to the biking trail, which was a great way to get around town and beyond.

Great place to stay in order to experience the Traverse City area!

This was our very first VRBO! We were extremely impressed! The bed was exceptionally comfortable! All of the amenities were provided! We visited several restaurants and wineries at the suggestion of Peter and Austyn! GREAT CHOICES! We had a small issue with the hot water. Peter was very prompt to respond to our concern! We were able to talk to Peter a couple of times on the phone and he recommended not only places to see in the Traverse City area but also things to do and where to eat as we were about to continue our travel through the state of Michigan….. Mackinac Island, and Frankenmuth! 👍 Thank you, Peter and Austyn!…. Your notebook on the desk was full of good information! 👏

Clean, modern, close to downtown

We rented this condo for proximity to downtown and start location of the Bayshore Marathon - it was a bit tight for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 littles) but we expected that, and, we were outside a lot. The space was just enough for us to come back, have a meal, or relax/recharge. The condo was clean, modern, and exactly as listed - plenty of clean linens and towels, and basic kitchen and bathroom needs; having the dishwasher and laundry available for use was very helpful (hosts provided soap too). Bed and pull out couch were also very comfortable - I was pleasantly surprised and grateful, especially after all those miles. 😊 It was nice to have the balcony to sit out in and have morning coffee. Hosts were easy to communicate with, friendly, and accomodating, and accessing the condo was easy (directions and codes provided well in advance). The welcome binder with all the instructions and recommendations was a really nice touch! Overall, I would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

Beautiful condo with everything you need.

This condo was perfect for our honeymoon stay in Traverse City. The check in process was very simple and the host provided excellent instructions. The condo itself was clean, new, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I chose it for the full kitchen and having access to the washer/dryer was an added bonus. The king sized bed was cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this rental and would happily come back!

Great location, perfect stay!

Clean, well appointed new apartment with a great location on the TART Trail. Comfortable bed and linens, plenty of towels and enough kitchen items to get by if you need to cook. Keurig coffee maker stocked with a basket of cups was a nice touch. Owner communication was timely and informative. We had a great stay in Traverse City!
