We shared the space with my brother and sister and law while in town for a wedding and it was perfect. The view of the lake can’t be beat. The care put in to stocking snacks, beverages and almost anything else you might need to make the stay comfortable was unlike any rental we’ve ever stayed at. The pool was closed for the season, but we’re already talking about bringing our 6&4 year old next summer to try it out. Thank you, Dawn & Joel!

Great stay right in West Kelowna

Though we only stayed a couple nights, the experinece was great. It was too cold to use the pool (we stayed in March), but the view from the suite is exceptional and the location is nice and close to everything if you're looking to explore the Kelowna, or West Kelowna area. The suite has everything you need for a getaway, including coffee and even some oatmeal for breakfast, in case you forgot yours. And the huge TV with full cable package to unwind, or watch your favorite sporting event, is awesome.

Beautiful home and pool

We stayed here for a girls trip and we had a lovely time. The house was cute and very clean. We spent most of our time in the backyard which is gorgeous. The house is close to the beach, wineries, restaurants and shopping. It was perfect. Dawn and Joel were great hosts and we plan to stay here again in the future.

The picture and description sums it up pretty well. It is a beautiful place with everything you need overlooking the lake, a vineyard and the surrounding mountains just a few miles outside of Kelowna. You couldn't ask for anything more.

Very comfortable and clean

We were in Kelowna for a month for cancer treatments so not the best reason to be staying in a VRBO but staying at WestHaven made our stay so much better than we would have expected. The property was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The view of the lake and mountains is gorgeous as was the visits from the deer. Dawn and Joel were wonderful hosts that respected our privacy but answered any questions immediately. Thank you Dawn and Joel. Gwen & Doug

A room with a view

Pictures did not do this place justice. The view from the yard overlooking the vineyard in the foreground and the lake and mountains in the background. The poolhouse was very nice, everything one would need. When I am in the area again, I will certainly stay again. My only complaint was that the pool was closed being this was November when i stayed.

Above and beyond 5 stars!

This place is 10/10. Don’t skip it. It is hands down the best ARBNB/VRBO we have ever stayed at. From the location, property, views and amenities. It was absolutely perfect. Dawn and Joel were the best hosts! They had great communication and always were there if we needed anything.The property was absolutely spotless, well equipped and so organized. It’s better than any high end hotel! This is the best spot for families with young kids to just stay put and enjoy the pool all to yourselves with breath taking views. Super close to groceries and shops. 5 min from great wineries (quails gate and frind). We can not say enough great things about this spot and have already asked if we can come back.

Beautiful space for family gathering!

We recently stayed to celebrate our daughter's Graduation. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the view, amenities and serenity of the property. This location is located close to wineries and walking trails and a short distance from downtown. The pool and views were our favourite! Dawn & Joel were super accommodating! Amazing view and Accomodation

Amazing view and pool area. The pool was the highlight for my kids! Very comfortable and beautiful accommodations with many thoughtful extras to use during our stay (beach bag, beach and pool towels, welcome snacks). Well located in West Kelowna, close to beaches and amenities. It was so peaceful and quite at night! Dawn and Joel were welcoming to our family and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thank you!

Life of hockey family.

Dawn and Joel were amazing hosts. We had complete privacy and space to relax. Their location is easily accessible as you enter West K from the coast and close to all shops, lake and parks. Highly recommend to stay here if you are on a hockey showcase in West K as you are 7 minutes from Royal Lapage Arena. Kitchen was well stocked with all basics plus more. I actually felt like I was in my own kitchen Thank you Joel and Dawn for an amazing stay.

Piece of paradise

Dawn and Joel were what set apart their VRBO property from other similar properties. Not only was their space meticulously curated and every detail thoughtfully chosen, they gave us the warmest welcome and made us really feel at home. Our 3 children enjoyed the toys (both indoor and outdoor), snacks put out just for them and always had kind things to say about their interactions with Dawn and Joel. We’ve created lasting summer memories here with our family! Would love to come again! Thanks again for the amazing hospitality and kindness!

We had a superb 5 nights at Dawn & Joel's. Check in was super easy; they provide you with a code to get in then pop down to see you once you're settled to talk through pool operation etc. The pool is wonderful; a good size, super clean, heated to 84F and just for your use while you're there. More than enough sunbeds, seats & sofas outside, plus plenty of pool toys & inflatables. And the gorgeous view just topped it off. Inside there's everything you need. A well stocked kitchen (including large modern fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser) and plenty of welcome snacks, tea, coffee etc. Beds were comfy, plenty of bedding. TV with cable, Netflix & Prime was great.Dawn and Joel have been lovely hosts. They're always contactable (we had a group chat on a popular messaging app with a green and white logo which worked brilliantly) and give great tips on where to eat both in the welcome book and in person; we ate at places locally that we probably wouldn't have found (they were great) and enjoyed a wine tasting 2 minutes walk down the road at the local winery. The location is ideal; 10 mins walk from the lake, and less than a 5 minute drive to the main shops & restaurants in West Kelowna, but very quiet (so quiet we often saw deer next door!).We can't recommend this place highly enough.

Exceeds every expectation!

What a superb location, fabulous suite, and lovely hosts! I visited with my husband and 19 year old son for 6 nights and we wanted for nothing - every possible kitchen item, bathroom provisions, throw blankets and toys for the pool plus so much more. On arrival there was milk in the fridge for us and even some pop, a delicious selection of cookies and snack bars! The beds are comfy and everything feels very clean. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Loved the instructions on the wall - it made us feel very welcome and had clear expectations on the house rules. The wine tasting gift was a real surprise treat and such good wine too! Dawn and Joel were wonderful hosts, they gave us the space we needed yet were very responsive when we had a question, a perfect mix. All in all, a superb suite in a beautiful location!
