Look no further! This beautiful 4,000 SF hillside property is located at the top of the hills above Downtown Prescott. Prescott ALWAYS has fun events that include live bands and picnics in the court house park across from Whiskey Row restaurants, bars and nightlife. You'll love my place because of the location, the views, tv's, shuffleboard table and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups.

The house was great and perfect for our family. They put up Christmas trees, which was really nice. The house was pretty clean. It had literally everything we needed. The kitchen has so many items you really don’t need to bring anything. My only suggestion would be to possibly upgrade the TV situation. They were kind of difficult to operate and slow. Other than that we had a great time thank you!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The views are amazing and the house is so spacious and was perfect for me and my friends. I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful neighborhood as well.

Very nice place for a large group

Everything worked out great, and if there was a problem, the host was very prompt to address it. Home was very well equipped with everything we needed and the place is very comfortable. Just take note that it’s not five private bedrooms, just three and the other two are joined with a shared bath. From the bunk room, you have to walk past the full bed and there is not a door separating the two. Was a slight inconvenience for adults, but with kids that would not be any problem.

Great stay for large family group

This was a perfect setup for our family weekend. Lots of room and well appointed kitchen made meal prep a breeze. Highly recommend.

Fun Family Stay

This house was a great location, very close to downtown. It had everything we needed. Tons of space. The downstairs game room area was very fun. The owner was amazing to work with and had the house ready to go when we got to town. I would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of Space for Everyone!

We absolutely loved our stay! We loved the layout of the house with the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs bedroom and gaming area. The floor plan gave everyone plenty of space to chill, connect, and sleep. Furniture was very comfortable as well as beds and bedding. The location was fabulous and very close to downtown. Beautiful safe neighborhood! The house had all the amenities you needed and Joanna the host was great. Would highly recommend!!

Christmas in January

The property itself was fantastic, extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. We had our family Christmas and the lower level was fantastic for our family. Host was great! We will be booking next year!

Nice family getaway

The house is great for large family gatherings, it was nice we were able to bring our dogs as well. Beautiful views! We enjoyed our stay. Something to keep in mind there is not a yard for the dogs. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Very nice touch to have two Christmas trees and decorations over the Christmas holiday, felt very welcoming.

Family getaway

Overall this was a great stay. I gave it slightly lower ratings because the carpet was very stained and there was an issue with the communication related to the pet deposit. We did have a very good time and would stay here again.

Lovely home with wonderful views but not a true 5 bedroom

We rented for a friend's birthday weekend. The house is advertised as a 5 bedroom that sleeps 12. However, the bunk room is attached to another bedroom, and you have to walk through the one bedroom to get to the bunk room. Not ideal unless a family using those rooms. Also, although the house sleeps 12, you get charged $15 per person, per night after 4 guests, which seems excessive as the fees are already high. The kitchen is very well appointed with lots of dishes and pots and pans. The house was also decorated nicely with two Christmas trees and attractive furnishings. The downstairs has a nice big area with a TV, sofas and a pool table, but the downstairs bathroom needs a little extra TLC from a cleaning standpoint. Lastly, my friend left her boots, and the owner graciously mailed them back for a fee.

Ideal

We rented this house for a Thanksgiving family reunion. Nine people ranging in age from 21 to 89 slept there at night, but the house comfortably accommodated 19 of us during the day. The house was spacious, extremely clean, and had a very well equipped kitchen. The owners were very accessible and gracious, leaving home made fudge for our arrival, unclogging the kitchen sink Thanksgiving day, and giving us bottles of their homemade kombucha. The neighborhood is beautiful, and made a great backdrop for the photos that will be on our holiday cards. We would definitely rent this property again.
