Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private two bedroom home features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, designated workspaces, and living room with 55" Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 55" Smart TV, shared laundry area, large private backyard, BBQ grill, deck area with lounge and dining furniture, fire pit, free high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests will be renting the first floor of the home, there are full time tenants on the second level with their own private entrance, no spaces are shared.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Very nice accommodations. House had all that we needed. Good neighborhood. Close to places we wanted to visit near the shore. First time in New Jersey. We loved it!

The house when we checked in was proper and peaceful. However, about halfway into our stay we were interrupted by a knock on the front door by the Neptune City work crew and asked us to move our cars from the driveway to somewhere else which we did. The work crew for the 2nd half of our stay basically made our stay very noisy and uncomfortable. The driveway and parking were inaccessible for our remaining stay. We could not enjoy the outer spaces of this house due to the noise and vibration from the heavy machinery noises. We respectfully asked for a partial refund but have been told our request is still under review over the last two weeks...

We’re sorry the back half of the stay got flipped on its head by the city work. Up until then, everything had been quiet and settled, so when crews showed up and the driveway became unavailable, it caught us off guard too. This was city-managed construction, not work we scheduled or had any control over. Whenever we know about nearby work ahead of time, we normally give guests a heads-up so nobody gets blindsided. In this case, we weren’t notified in advance, and the parking and noise concerns weren’t reported to us while you were still there, so we didn’t get a shot to help with parking alternatives or see what else we could do in the moment. The refund request was reviewed, but because the disruption came from outside city work and wasn’t something caused by the home, a partial refund wasn’t approved. We know that kind of timing can really throw off a trip, and we appreciate the chance to explain what happened from our side.

Great. Second time there. Weather cold house cozy. A bit of sewer smell in bathroom especially when windy. Would definitely recommend and hope we can stay there again

Great shore house, shared property

I think the listing needs to be updated to reflect the fact that you are not renting the entire home, just the first floor. There is a tenant on the second floor (with their own entry) and they have access to the basement. This was not made clear until after we had booked. We were able to hear footsteps and TVs playing late at night/early in the morning. That said, everything else about the property was as described. The beds were soft, the linens were fresh, everything else was immaculately clean, all of the furnishings are modern, and the hosts did a great job with their updates. Communication with the hosts was great, the check in process was easy, the location is near train tracks (as any location in this area will be). I would recommend staying here, just with the right expectations about the property and having an occupied unit above you.

Jersey cottage

Perfect property for my post- op recovery. Quiet, easy access to food, boardwalks and hospital. Weather was warm and sunny and leaves changing added further cheer. Had everything we needed.
