Great location in Inman Park

Enjoyed our stay. Near restaurants, bars, the Beltline. Clean place, comfortable beds, Minty living is very responsive to any issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Great find!

Loved our stay at The Butterfly Bungalow! Perfect location, dog friendly and was just the right amount of space for my husband and I and our two children. Definitely hope to stay here again!

beautiful home, beautiful location

The two bedroom bungalow was perfect for our family of four. The space was immaculate, perfectly located, and communication with the management was excellent. We had an amazing time in Atlanta and will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed being in the Inman Park area. Great location, Very clean home. Walking distance to restaurants. Parks, lots of parks. We would like to stay here again!

Modern Boho Home away from Home

We had a wonderful State at this beautiful property. It was immaculate and so beautiful. It was in a great location about 3 minutes from the nearest Dollar general and other boutique shops are right around the corner. The Hosts were wonderful and responded quickly to any and all inquiries we had. The app was definitely a plus!! Fully equipped with everything you would need for a long or a short term stay. Ican't say this enough, The property was so beautiful. It really was the breath of fresh air we all needed. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful location & guesthouse!

Great place & location in Inman Park! Well-decorated, quiet & comfortable spot. Would recommend it!… Only complaints were with property management company. While they were responsive to text messages and nice/helpful regarding simple Q’s about the property, I was double-charged for my stay (which I was unable to resolve with them, but finally did so through Vrbo) and the AC was not working for three days and it was 82+ degrees in the apartment. Property manager did not contact me with updates or contact technicians as promised/discussed. Three different techs came out on separate days and finally a tech properly identified the problem on my last day there. I was not happy with Minty Living/property manager, when it came to getting help with real issues… Otherwise, the apartment & owners were wonderful!

Nice property, good location, but the management was frustrating

Overall this was a nice apartment and the location is fantastic. However there were lots of bugs—mostly roaches and ants but TONS of them. We were easily finding 3-5 roaches per day. The property management was really responsive but incredibly frustrating whenever we reached out, rarely actually providing any assistance. They had the nerve to tell me that “unfortunately there are just roaches in the south” and that “seeing them means the pest control is working”. We live five minutes from this unit and don’t have these problems at home. They also refused to provide more Clorox wipes (there were only 3 when we arrived left in the container) and we were going through them swiftly because of all the dirty cockroaches. Very frustrating to deal with for sure. As a result,I probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend the rental.
