The timber-built home is unlike anything you’ve seen with 30ft-lodge poles running from the basement to the cathedral-like living room ceiling. Almost an entire 25ft high wall of windows makes this home feel like a luxurious extension of the outdoors.

Recently remodeled, this 4,500SF home perfectly blends modern luxe with rustic ambience and offers every on-site amenity you could desire: indoor heated saltwater pool, 3-person infrared sauna, 6-person outdoor hot tub, Theatre room with 85” TV and surround sound, 9-ft shuffleboard table, outdoor patio dining with BBQ, fire pit, yard games, a private terrace patio and much more.

Gourmet kitchen is complete with a 36" Dacor gas range, dishwasher, wine fridge, a large island with open floor plan to dining, breakfast bar, and all the appliances and supplies to cook for large groups.

Bedroom 1: Ground floor, King bed, en suite with large walk-in shower and wand, 75” TV, walk-in closet, views of the pool and its own AC/heater.

Bedroom 2: 2nd floor, King bed, en suite with walk-in shower, 65” TV, walk-in closet, private patio, large windows with beautiful views, blackout curtains and its own AC/heater.

Bedroom 3: 2nd floor, King bed, en suite with soaker tub and wand, 75” TV, walk-in closet, large windows with beautiful views.

Bedroom 4: Basement, King bed, 55” TV

Additional beds: 2 full beds in the basement, 2 inflatable queen mattresses, and a pack n’ play.

Living room: 25ft ceilings, 20ft-high grandiose gas fireplace with remote control.

Pool Room: Indoor saltwater pool is heated and all yours! Sauna is located in the same room and 6-person hot tub is right off the back door of the pool room.

WiFi: Starlink Satellite delivers high-speed WiFi with an average in 2022 of 90mbps download speed.

Laundry: full laundry on site with all supplies.

Guests will have access to the entire home and grounds, with parking for up to 8 cars. The barn on the property is home to our yard supplies and we ask guests not to go in there for their own safety.

There is a wood pile behind the barn that should also be avoided as there are nails in some of the boards.

I will be readily available by phone/message from 6am to 10pm. Unfortunately I don't live in the Hailey area, but should you need anything, I have a lot of people to call on.

The home is located 3-minutes south of Hailey on the historic Broadford Rd that dates back to the 1880's and was used to service the needs of mines in the area. Bike paths, cottonwood trees and river access (fishing spots) line the road as it follows the river, ranches and hillside towards Bellevue.

SKIING

-The Rotarun Ski Area in Hailey is only 10-minutes away.

-Internationally acclaimed Sun Valley Ski Resort only 13 miles away!

-Soldier Mountain and their famous heli-skiing is only 1 hour away!

FISHING

-As mentioned, Wood River access is only minutes away from the home.

-The Silver Creek preserve is only 25 mins away and home to some of Idaho's most coveted trout.

HAILEY

Home to about 9,000 full-time residents, there are plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner for all your needs.

There is parking for up to 8 vehicles on the grounds as well as 1 covered carport.

Hailey is a 3-minute drive North and Ketchum is 20 min. Bellevue is a 9-min drive South.

-Pool is heated by passive solar energy in the summer and a gas heater in the winter.

-It is tempting, but please no diving into the pool. It is only 4'-4.5' deep. -There are also sharp corners in the pool room, so for your own safety, we ask that there is no running or horse play in and around the pool.
