The design of this one bedroom condo makes it extremely user friendly for more than two people. The King master suite is off the kitchen upon entering the condo. Take in the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from your huge oceanfront balcony. With a sleeper sofa bed, it is a perfect spot for the kids to fall asleep listening to the ocean while adults can enjoy some quiet privacy on the other side of the condo.

When arriving to your condo you will find your condo fully stocked with linens, and a starter pack of all paper products, soaps, trash bags, and detergents. From there you will need to replenish those items yourself.

​​​​​​​The parking garage has a height restriction of 6'8. Please be aware if bringing a high top passenger van it may not fit in the parking garage. There is no offsite parking.

This was our 2nd time staying at Crescent Keyes because other condos we tried were too large/crowded. This building is smaller so you won’t find long lines of cars at check in/check out or long waits for the elevator. Also, the parking deck is conveniently attached for easy access and there are always plenty of empty spaces. The common areas were clean and well maintained.Our opinion of this particular unit echoes what others have said. Upon entering we were hit with an overwhelming smell like a dirty cat litter box. The carpet is extremely dirty and very matted. The dirty carpet made us feel like the whole place was not clean. Once early in our stay while walking barefoot we stepped in a large wet spot on the carpet near the HVAC/laundry area. After that we avoided walking around barefoot. The photos on the website don’t reflect the current condition of the unit (as of Sep 2025). For example, the photos show vacuum lines in the carpeting but that had to be taken a long time ago when the carpet was new.

The location was great and we enjoyed the beach, pool, and lazy river. Check in was easy and communication with the rental agency was quick. The bed was comfortable and we had what we needed for a quick weekend beach trip. My only complaint is that the carpet was gross. It was damp and had stains on it. I’m not sure if they just tried to clean it and it didn’t dry out completely, but it needs to be replaced. We were sure to wear socks or shoes whenever we walked around.

Property was as advertised. We had family (15 people) staying at a house 1 block away. It worked out perfect It was a relaxing week, temps were in the 90ties but we still kept cool

Gross smell

Could not enjoy our stay because the condo smelled terrible. It would hit you like a wall when you walked inside. Carpet was dirty, furniture had stains, lots of bugs by the pool/lazy river. Would not stay there again.

Great stay at Cresent Keys’

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Crescent Keys very much! We had a great beach/pool view and the room was great. The whole facility was very clean and well maintained.

Great stay except…

The room and view were great! But pools, hot tubs and lazy River were closed. There was a hurricane that I can see why closed for 2 days but they were closed all week. And inside pool was closed and locked! Disappointed

Great location but the odor ruined the entire expe

The location was great. Easy beach access. The problem for us was the awful overpowering smell that ruined our stay. The room smelled like a dirty catbox. I will credit the management with a rapid response to our concerns and their attempt to rectify the oder even though their efforts were unsuccessful.

First time at Myrtle Beach

If you are looking for perfection this unit isn’t for you. But my husband and I felt at home and enjoyed our stay. Loved, loved, loved sitting on the balcony enjoying my coffee and watching the ocean waves.

Great location/beautiful ocean view/easy access parking

Unit is nice with beautiful view. Easy safe parking. As other guests stated, condo needs updates. AC issue on arrival. Quick response and repair was completed; AC needed Freon. Due to steam cleaning of condo 2 days before arrival and poor AC function, everything was damp and musty w/strong ammonia smell. Tile floor felt sticky and carpet felt wet. On day 2 I sat on inside chair and was suddenly wet. That’s when I found out unit had been steam cleaned. Cleaners did not extract all the water. Inside it was soaking and smelled like cleaning fluid. I notified manager and then told about steam cleaning. Made sense that ac unit was low on Freon and not keeping up with amount of humidity. Once fixed air felt much better and everything began drying out. We found several things broken or not working that manager was not made aware of by prior guests or cleaning staff. Keurig had silver knob stuck inside coffee pod vessel. We got it unstuck with a butter knife and it worked fine. Drawer fell apart when opened but found the metal hinge pieces inside the drawer. A lightbulb was broken on table in bdrm. Base was stuck in lamp with wire sticking out. Manager was informed of these issues so they could repair after our short stay. Everything was clean, but updates to carpet/paint/older unsupportive mattress/old flat pillows/furniture would hugely improve this unit.

Good location, but needs updates

The condo location, view of the ocean & quietness of the place are all great. The cons are the carpet definitely needs replacing. While the condo itself was clean, the carpet, even though it was vacuumed, was dirty looking & made you think the whole place was not clean. The whole unit needs a deep clean which includes the grout on the bathroom floor, some dirty walls, & handprints on doors. There was a large white patch on a blue wall under the TV on the living room wall that needed to be sanded & painted. Pictures are not up to date. Bedspread, shower curtain, etc. have been changed, which is fine, but it tells you the pictures were taken a while ago & have not been updated for true condition of condo.

Fall Vacation

Clean and neat

Great view from balcony. Nice place. Only negative was couch was worn out and uncomfortable. TV could have been larger. Would recommend this property.

Clean, great location, wonderful ocean view, great pools

We had a wonderful stay. The ocean view is spectacular. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Dinner theaters, House of Blues, Barefoot Landing, all short drive away. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and friendly. There is an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, lazy river and hot tubs. Nice walkway to beach with rinse off area. I have nothing negative to say! Go and enjoy!

Fantastic location and accommodations

We had a wonderful time here! The facility is clean and well maintained. Elevators are operable and quick, parking is convenient, the pools and lazy rivers were skimmed daily. We loved being so close to the beach and conveniently located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. The condo was itself suited our needs beautifully with a lovely ocean-facing balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, and kitchen stocked with dishes, cutlery, and cookware. Overall, we were very comfortable and would happily stay here again! Thanks to the Crescent Keyes staff and property managers for a great vacation!

Nice condo

You can't beat the location. Very clean. Plenty and fast elevators. Plenty of parking. The only issue we had was the sofa. It was very uncomfortable... Pulling out the sleeper sofa was even worse. Very uncomfortable. It was at the last minute that our daughter decided to come for the weekend portion of our stay. We thought about telling her to bring a blow up mattress... Wish we would have. She ended up sleeping on the sofa itself and her husband on the floor. Otherwise this was a nice condo that have everything we needed. Nice balcony overlooking the beach... Would stay again. Communication with the manager was superb.
