This place was just fabulous! Everything was so easy- from booking, to check in, to having all the amenities needed, to the walk to the beach. It was a wonderful, wonderful stay and we would love to return!

We had amazing stay at the swept away property. There were two families in our group, 9 people total. The house was well laid out and the amenities were great. It was only a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Communication with the property manager was easy, and very fast when needed. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay there in the future.

My family said that this was the best house I have rented so far! This house was just as described. It was literally one street away from the beach and a very easy walk. The pool was amazing and was used every single day and almost every night. Pet friendly was a big deal for us too. The neighbors dogs did bark every once in a while but the barrier mess that was put up on the fence was a big help. The rental team was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be looking at this place for our next visit! Thank you!

Kitchen not well stocked. Pool not enough seating. Very clean plenty of towels. Comfortable beds excellent distance to the beach and great place to hang at the pool and waterfront views of canal. House updated would stay again.

We were there with our daughters and their families. We had so much fun. We were close to the beach andthe pool was a phenomenal amenity. We were able to fish/crab on the channel. What more could you ask for?We had a wonderful experience./

Rented for 70th bday for parents. House is in a great location. Pool is amazing! 5 stars Management team was awesome 5 stars. Even the bunk beds were perfect for a couple on the bottom. Kitchen could have a few more pans/cups. Will stay again.

We were really looking forward to our stay at Swept Away, and there were definitely some positives. The house itself was cozy and comfortable inside. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the outdoor features like the pool, decks, and dock, which were perfect for relaxing and for our son who loves to fish.Unfortunately, the downside was significant. Each night, we encountered numerous palmetto bugs (essentially large cockroaches) throughout the property—including on the kitchen countertops. Despite our efforts to keep things clean, the presence of these bugs made it feel unsanitary and unsettling. We ultimately decided to cut our trip short because the conditions didn’t feel safe or hygienic for our family.With professional extermination and better pest control, this could be a fantastic rental. But until that happens, I would be cautious about booking.

Short getaway

House needs a lot of work on it, first and foremost needs a privacy fence. The neighbors dogs bark none stop when in the pool. Cleanliness is not that great. There is not a fishing dock so some of the pictures are miss leading. Ok so good points, the beds are very comfortable and the house is located close to shopping and restaurants and the beach.

Location was perfect!

The location was great, the house was nice and clean, and having the private pool was huge, but the house was severely lacking (for the occupancy) in basic things, like enough plates, cups, hand soap, etc. It could have also used curtains to help block out the sun in the mornings. Plan to bring a hanging toiletry bag for the bathrooms, because there’s absolutely no where to put them, other than the floor. Also, if you’re planning to do any fishing off of the dock….you’ll have a very short window to do so, since the tide basically wipes out a vast amount of water in the canal on the daily. Other than those minor things, the house was fantastic!
