Location could not be more perfect- literally open the door and the trail is right there. We had the most perfect stay and would absolutely come back again. Instructions were clear, access was easy, bed was SO comfortable, and stay was perfect.

Not sure where the hot tub was? The lift for ski in ski out was not running so we had to drive.

We had a great visit to Jay Peak. The snow was amazing. The host was very responsive. A few comments for improvement: hair dryers were missing, the washing machine door needs to be shut firmly to function (repair needed?), and the light over the stove needs to be replaced. The condo is as described and ski-in, ski-out was great to allow us to go in for lunch. Thank you!

Very cute, super clean, great location! There is only ONE parking spot. If you have more than 1 car you need to park it a mile away. THAT was the only negative.

Perfect Spring Break Skiing!

This two-bedroom condo at the foot of Jay Peak was perfect for our family of four on a late-season ski trip. The slope access was awesome, and the condo is close to both resort and town amenities. We really appreciated the in-unit laundry and made good use of the full kitchen after a couple days on the slopes, too! Thanks for the great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very close to the ski slope, which was convenient. Being on the ground level and on the end you are able to hear guests above and outside walking around, especially with gear. Overall, the property had everything we needed - kitchen items, washer/dryer, etc. The only rec I have is bring a streaming stick if you like to have options when watching tv. Great stay and would return.

Great location and closest front door to trail as possible (probably like 20 feet!) Clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay. If it wasn't 3 degrees w 60mph winds, our time on the mountain would have been much better, but you just can't time Mother Nature!

Great, convenient, quiet, warm location

If you want to ski at Jay Peak and avoid the crowds and have a ski in/out this is a great location. Just be sure to check the app to make sure the lift nearby is running that day! Either way, you can take a shuttle to the Lodge and hop on and then ski home when you are done. We enjoyed our trip and the time together as a family before the craziness of the Holidays. The place was toasty warm which was great for our stay when it dipped to negative temperatures! We hope to be back someday!

Amazing February break

The property was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen area. The beds were very comfortable. Great setup to hang all ski gear to warm up and dry. The condo is located right at the edge of one of the trails, so very easy access to start skiing.

Ski On/Ski Off at Jay

Overall we had a great experience at this property. We knew going into it that it was in the buildings lower level and everything that goes along with that. This was up front and the pricing reflected that. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location is incredible, being a few steps from the trail. It was easy for us to return for lunch, to swap equipment or even a quick bathroom break. Our only criticism is that we cook most of our meals and we could have used some more pans/pots and the oven was dirty which caused large amounts of smoke when attempting to use it. This prevented us from being able to cook with it during the stay. It was inconvenient but likely caused by the previous renter and not enough to outweigh the many good aspects of the condo. e high

Basement

Description should say basement not garden view. My teens are 6’4 and could barely walk around. The one couch was not big enough for us all to sit and floor was hard and cold versus a warm carpet when you get in from skiing. Clean enough but felt very empty. No magazines or games etc.

Unit was very clean and well appointed. With all the snow that we received while we were there, the mountain maintenance crew was struggling to keep up with the parking lot and sidewalks. I recommend bringing a small shovel in case you arrive in the middle of a storm as we did. We were wading through some seriously deep stuff while carrying our luggage in. Considering we came to ski/ride, it was exciting to see all the fresh! Not a reflection on the owners of the unit.

Good for the price. Clean. I would stay here again.

We had trouble accessing the property for 2 reasons. First the unit # was not listed on any emails or check in information and secondly, the lock box was broken and we couldn't get the key. The good news is the property manager called me back immediately after I left a message and was able to direct me to a 2nd key and we were in! The property manager was very helpful. The unit was very clean and spacious. Everything worked as it was expected. As previous reviews mentioned, this is a basement condo. The heat worked great but the floors are cold so I advise you to bring slippers. Water pressure was great in the shower and they provided body wash but no shampoo which was fine with me but my daughter complained. WIFI worked great and Direct TV was basic. A movie channel would have been nice.Overall the rental was good and I would stay here again. I would recommend the owner put some complementary bottles of water in the fridge and some KCups of coffee and maybe stock the cupboard with some other things like spices and sugar.
