Welcome to Pompano Beach!

Experience this spacious newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment just 2 blocks away from the beach. This is the perfect location right in the mix of Pompano Beach. The living area is equipped with a full size kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. Comfortable bedrooms, a work area with desk/workstation, King bed in the master suite, smart TVs and plenty of closet space. Free Parking is included. The property does have exterior Ring Cameras facing the entrance/courtyard.

Host was welcoming and quick to fix the issue; however, we were there for 2 nights and for one day of our trip, using any of the restrooms or kitchen caused the place to flood. Check out on the site says 11 am. At 10 am, the cleaning lady was there telling us to get out and that we had been told to leave by 10 so I checked my email. Sure enough, at 9pm the night before, the host told us to leave by 10 instead of 11. I was not checking email because we were having a wedding, but if check out on the site says 11, it should be 11. I asked for reimbursement of part of our stay because of these two issues, but received nothing. The kitchen is nice. Two of the bedrooms are great. The third bedroom at the back gets very hot and has glass windows at the top of the wall so whoever sleeps there will have the whole room lit up if someone in the room next to them or in the living room has light on (TV, phone, etc). The living room was nice also, but the couches need replacing. There's no support left in them. Overall, the place was ok and would have been decent if it weren't for the flooding and check out issue.

Close to beach

Only issue I had was the light in the kitchen hung so low it was in the way and I would have to duck to go by also, some better kitchen utensils would be beneficial. I would definitely stay again, lots of room. Nice neighbors and 3 min walk to the beach.

Nice place. Fantastic location! 8 minute walk to beach and multiple restaurants. 5 minute walk to Walgreens. No complaints.

Great location, clean & comfy home

We found this to be a great value. The location is one block off the beach. It takes just a few minutes walk. The home was clean and in good shape. Beds were comfy. The host was responsive to any questions. Everything worked out perfectly. very happy. I would rent there again.

Underwhelmed

Not consistent with reviews. Kitchen was nice, but refrigerator didn’t close. We had to throw out perishables. Comforter was dirty and neighborhood was not nice. No hot water. Won’t stay here again.

Great stay with minor inconveniences

Location is great. Close to beach. House is spacious. Host is very quick to respond and very helpful. They even provide some basic beach supplies for you to use. Minor inconveniences are there is only 1 assigned parking spot. There is 1 guest spot but its 1st come 1st served among all 3 units. I stayed in unit 3. 2 of the bedrooms share a large frosted window at the top of the room. Looks like an old exterior wall where an add on was added. If 1 room is watching tv at night the light comes right into the other rooom. House dose not get very cold but they are nice enough to put several floor fans in the closets for you to use if needed. Overall we were happy.
