Comfy 1 Bedroom Close to the Center Village Lifts!!

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for your review. We are glad you liked the place although you didn't like us. I put a work order in to check on the coffee cups and cutting boards, we will add some if necessary. It's true that all of our guests check in, in person at our office in Frisco. This is not a big deal for 99.9% of people as they are going right past our office on the way to Copper and again on the way back. We do this for several reasons, first the owners of the properties we manage like that we meet the guests as they check in. Over the years we have caught multiple people trying to sneak in a bunch of extra people or unauthorized pets. Second, this way we can make sure you know where you are going and have all the information you need for your stay. Hi Karyn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It's nice to hear that the property was very clean and you liked its location. We do want to clarify a few points, as there seems to be some confusion regarding which aspects of your stay were managed by Bighorn Rentals versus the resort. The key access system at Copper Mountain is implemented and maintained by Copper Mountain Resort for the entire village, including the property where you stayed. During your visit, that system experienced a resort-wide outage. While it was being restored, Copper Mountain's temporary solution was to have resort security assist guests with building access. Unfortunately, Bighorn Rentals has no control over or ability to resolve issues with the resort's key system. And as of writing this response, the key system has been restored to full operation. We would also like to clarify the check in/out process. 99% of our guests pass by Frisco on their way to Copper Mtn making it a quick and easy stop to check in with us. For that other 1% not passing Frisco, we can make arrangements to have a packet waiting for you in Copper. We also ask that our guests return keys on departure but if that is a big inconvenience, you can leave them in the room and our housekeeping staff will return them to the office. Lastly, we noticed your comment about the bathroom sink not draining properly and have cleared the drain so it's not an issue any longer. Thanks, John Forest Bighorn Rentals
