This is a beautiful, spacious, serene home located with easy access to Ole Miss and the Square. Perfect for multiple families & friends! This 4 bdrm/4 bath home boasts 3 kings & a queen bed. Main bedrooms feature king sized 'Black Beauty' mattresses. All sheets are 700 thread count Egyptian cotton. Spacious open living room, kitchen, bar & dining area. Topped off with a charming screened porch with a swing, couch, & TV.
The neighborhood is located in the heart of Oxford with easy access to campus, the Square and everything Oxford. The entrance is highlighted by beautiful hardwood trees and walking trails, followed by a central clubhouse and saltwater infinity pool overlooking a lake.
Recently built home in a quiet neighborhood just 2 miles from campus and 2.7 miles from the Square. Adjacent to the Ole Miss golf course, the location allows easy access to everything Oxford has to offer.
The two bedrooms on the main floor feature Simmons Beautyrest Black K class mattresses paired with 700 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding for superior sleep. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a king Ghostbed mattress and en suite bathroom while the fourth bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, to, en suite bathroom and views of the forest. Bathrooms include marble countertops complete with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hairdryers.
The living room has a gas fireplace with lots of seating and 55 inch tv with Netflix and YouTube TV for your use.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs with adjacent dining table and bar with wine frig and ice maker.
Finally, the screened back porch is decorated “Ole Miss’”, with fireplace, couch and swing, outdoor bbq, and 55” tv. Wonderful setting to drink your morning coffee or watch a game or movie in the evenings!
