Acerca de este alojamiento
Unobstructed Smoky Mtn Views + Fire Pit + Hot Tub
Birdsong Ridge offers what most Smoky Mountain properties promise but rarely deliver: a truly unobstructed, panoramic mountain view — wider and more expansive than nearly any comparable property in the area. Guests consistently tell us the photos don't do it justice. From the wall of windows in the main living room, the upper balcony, the screened porch, the fire pit, and both master bedrooms, the Smoky Mountains stretch before you in every direction — sunrise to sunset.
🌿 Spring & Summer at Birdsong Ridge — Wildflowers, cool spring mornings, and stunning sunrise views give way to a lively summer season. Easy access to the best hiking, fishing, and swimming in the Smokies makes this the perfect base for outdoor adventure.
This 2,400 sq ft mountaintop chalet sleeps 12 comfortably across 5 bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen, 1 bunk) with a private bathroom for every room. Tucked on a private mountaintop road in Pittman Center — just 4 miles from the Greenbrier entrance to GSMNP — it's secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close enough to Gatlinburg and the national park for easy day trips.
🌄 Living Room — Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a sweeping, unobstructed panorama of the Smoky Mountains — one of the widest and most breathtaking views you'll find in the region. Vaulted ceilings, rustic wood paneling, and mid-century architecture create a space that feels both grand and cozy. Step out onto the balcony and let the mountains fill your entire field of vision.
👩🍳 Kitchen & Dining — Fully equipped for a group feast. Pots, pans, Crock-Pot, hand mixer, and everything in between. The dining table seats 8, with a portable table accommodating 4 more.
☕ Coffee Bar — Start your morning right. The state-of-the-art automatic espresso machine crafts lattes, cappuccinos, and more at the touch of a button, stocked with beans, pods, and syrups.
🎮 Game Room — A 60-game multicade and PS4 keep everyone entertained on slower days. The futon pulls out to sleep 2. Plus board games, books, and a children's nook for the little ones.
📺 7 TVs — Every room has a 49" flat-screen with Roku streaming. No cable needed — just log into your favorite apps.
🔥 Two Fireplaces — Perfect for crisp fall and winter evenings when the mountains take on their most dramatic character.
🛌 BEDROOMS 🛌 1 — King, upper level. Spacious master suite with spectacular unobstructed mountain views and ensuite Jack & Jill bathroom with walk-in slate-tiled shower. 🛌 2 — King, upper level. Full bathroom adjacent in hallway with slate-tiled walk-in shower. 🛌 3 — King, lower level. Opens directly to the screened porch with mountain views. Full bathroom just outside in the hallway. A large table and chair make it a great quiet workspace too. 🛌 4 — Queen, lower level. Private ensuite bathroom and mountain views. 🛌 5 — Twin/Full bunk beds, lower level. Perfect for kids, with private ensuite bathroom and Smart TV.
🌲 OUTDOORS The views don't stop inside. The upper balcony, large screened porch, and deck all face east toward the mountains — perfectly positioned to catch the sunrise as it crests the ridgeline each morning. Gather around the smokeless fire pit as the evening settles in, or unwind in the private 6-person hot tub, tucked under the back porch and surrounded by lush mountain greenery.
👨🍳 A high-end electric grill on the back deck is ready for cookouts, with 12-person outdoor dining.
🏞 Getting Here — You'll travel true mountain roads to reach Birdsong Ridge — steep, winding, and worth every curve. The driveway is steep but fully paved and wide. ❄️ 4WD is strongly recommended and will be necessary if snow or ice is present — a real possibility December through February. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for winter stays.

Acerca de su propietario/a
Propietario/a: Amanda
Adventurous and always up for new experiences, I’ve been drawn to the Smoky Mountains for years — the views, the peace, the food, and the small-town charm never get old. As a West Coast native who once called Tennessee home, I love helping guests discover the same magic that keeps me coming back.
When I’m not exploring mountain trails or searching for hidden foodie gems, you’ll find me tending my home orchard on the Oregon coast with my family and our happy crew of pets. Hosting lets me share the beauty of these places I love — and create stays that feel just as special as the memories you’ll make here.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We created Birdsong Ridge to be the kind of mountain retreat we always looked for but rarely found — a place that feels peaceful, private, and connected to nature, yet close enough to enjoy everything Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge offer.
What makes this property special to us is the view — wide, unobstructed, and sunrise-facing. Whether you’re sipping coffee at the espresso bar, watching the fog drift through the mountains, or relaxing by the fire pit under string lights, there’s a sense of calm here that’s hard to describe until you’ve felt it.
We love that guests can spend the morning hiking in Greenbrier, the afternoon exploring town, and the evening back here — grilling dinner, soaking in the hot tub, or just being together. It’s a place for slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering what matters most.
That’s why Birdsong Ridge exists — to give families and friends a true Smoky Mountain experience: quiet mornings, unforgettable views, and the kind of peace you take home with you.
