Remodeled in the summer of 2022, this 3-bedroom PET FRIENDLY condo goes above and beyond with modern fixtures, in-unit laundry, and a private garage. About a block from Main Street Frisco, it is a quick and convenient walk to shops, restaurants, and the free shuttle to nearby ski resorts. The property has 3 bedrooms with Queen beds in the first two and a twin-over-full captain�s bunk in the third bedroom, plus a number of extras including board games and video game consoles (Playstation, Wii, and Nintendo 64) for endless entertainment. There is also an additional Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, providing sleeping space for up to 9. The living room and bedrooms also feature smart TVs for streaming options. For extra coziness on cold days, there is a wood-burning fireplace, and when the weather is warm there are grills in the common area. The clubhouse features an indoor/outdoor pool that operates year-round, hot tubs, a sauna, foosball/pool tables and meeting areas perfect for working from home. High-speed Wi-Fi comes included and bicycles have been provided for guest use as well. The property also comes with a well-stocked kitchen with quality cookware, and a great view of Ten Mile Creek while you cook.

Please note, this pet friendly condo accepts a maximum of 2 dogs only and a refundable pet deposit is required with each reservation.

Property was wonderful. Nice to stay in a place that has nice furnishings and not “rental” grade furnishings. The unit had everything you could want or need. The river was nice to watch and listen to.

Excellent Spot

Quick weekend trip from Denver - cozy riverside townhome style. Enjoyed both the upstairs and downstairs “deck” areas. Quick walk to Tavern West and town is a short walk. Fully equipped for any type of stay. Would recommend!!

Really great, well appointed condo near downtown Frisco. Nice kitchen for cooking with room for a crowd to eat at large dining table. Beautiful bubbling river right out the back door (would be amazing in the summer!). Good parking, nice hot tub and game room. The only thing we didn’t love was how thin the walls are in this home, the people above woke us up very early (like 5am) every morning. But that’s not the homeowners fault, just thin construction typical in CO. Would recommend!

Awesome Father / Daughters snow skiing trip facilitated by a rental property located near Epic pass slopes. Ability to bring our dog made the trip even more memorable.

Perfect Place

Such a beautiful, well-equipped place. Perfect for a friend or family weekend. Although downtown Frisco is so close, the place was so cozy, we preferred to stay in after a day of skiing. Would definitely recommend this place

Great Ski Weekend

We spent the weekend skiing at Copper Mountain. The location of this condo was perfect - ~10 min drive to Copper. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils and appliances we needed to prep meals. There was plenty of room for our family and our dogs. We felt completely at home during our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone.

The kitchen was fully stocked with every possible cookware and utensil. The view out the back was amazing -- a stream babbling. We definitely want to stay here again.

Creekside

Clean, beautifully decorated townhome. We enjoyed the coziness, ideal for our family. We played games, of which there was many to chose from, and then kids could separate into their own rooms. The kitchen utensil offerings were superb! Anything I could imagine was stocked. Loved listening and seeing the creek out the windows and doors. Our family also enjoyed the rec center, conveniently across the parking lot and a bonus for after skiing all day. Thanks for the thoughtful doggie toy bag and bowl set up! Property managers were quick to respond and handle a couple minor items. Thank you!

Close to Copper and Frisco, Plus Hiking/Snowshoeing and More

We are all trained cooks/chefs, and the kitchen was one of the most well-stocked with good equipment that we've seen. There are plenty of spaces to spread out - for games, puzzles, work, reading and more. The pictures make the main space look bigger than it is, but it was perfect for the four of us. So wonderful to have a back door that the dog could go straight out and so lovely to be on the creek. It's a 10-minute drive to Copper Mountain from this quiet community. We walked to hiking and to downtown Frisco for a beer at a new-to-us brewery. The management was super friendly and helpful. We'll hope to be able to stay here again.

What a wonderful stay! The townhouse was in a great location for access to downtown and the Copper ski bus with beautiful creek out back. Very clean, with everything you need to feel at home! Will be back!!

Christmas 2022

Beyond our expectations! Beautiful newly updated property in tranquil location surrounded by trees and soothing water running from a gentle creek in the backyard. The owners went the extra mile to provide all quality amenities-new appliances, furniture, bedding, cookware, staple foods, etc. Impeccable decor, including a beautifully lit Christmas tree, holiday decorations and welcome basket greeted our arrival. Plenty of space for our party of 5 adults with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and open concept for kitchen, dining and living rooms. One car garage with overflow parking on site. Easy access to all activities in Summit County. We added this property to our favorites list and hope to return in 2023. The rental company employees were attentive and great to work with!
